Two stars is being generous, but because the restaurant itself was clean, and they had the updated technology to order on your own, I’ll give it to them. Service was horrible. Handful of workers, yet not one greeted us, nor the other two parties waiting in line. A simple “hello we will be right with you”, or “please use the kiosk to order” would have been awesome. But nothing?! Once we ordered on the kiosk, unprompted on our own, the food was out in a decent amount of time. We only ordered ice cream. A gentleman who was sitting before us was still waiting for his food, and we had waited a good ten min at that point. Bathrooms were terrible- feces on the seat and in the garbage can in one, and the other stall had an h flushed toilet and paper towel everywhere. Would never stop here again, even just for ice cream!

The service was terrible! The food was disappointing! Stood there about 10 minutes before being waited on. I ordered a Quarter pounder meal (no onion, add bacon) and an apple pie. It took 10 minutes to get the order, when I looked in the bag there were no fries only the burger & pie. It took them 15 minutes to get me an order of fries cause there was none cooked and when there was some cooked, they were filling other orders instead of filling the rest of mine until I complained. While waiting I also noticed they charged me for 2 drinks instead of 1, so I had to ask for a refund. By the time I was able to sit and eat, my burger was cold and my fries were cold & limp…she hadn’t t fried the fries long enough. I was very disappointed with my meal and experience! Would not recommend this place!!!

This place is a JOKE. I normally never do reviews but guys… don’t waste your time. They neverrrr have ice cream. They barely have frappés. Because they don’t feel like cleaning the machines. I pulled up at 10:27..Lunch starts at 10:30. I asked if I could make my order since by the time I got to the window it would be lunch. She said “we don’t have any lunch up right now” ?!?! As a business, food should be made to start serving lunch at the time y’all say it starts.. so I order sausage Burritos. And two mocha frapp. “No frappes as the moment only coffee and iced coffee (convenient right?) pay for the food, get the the window.. they ask me to pull up to the 3rd window for my burritos!!! Told me it would only be one minute… So they didn’t have lunch and barely any breakfast made. After sitting there for 5min waiting on them, the burritos barely had anything in them.what you see in the picture is the most they had on any of them. Literally flat like a pancake. Pathetic.

The woman made me wait 2 cars before asking what I wanted. The one car was ahead of me so, that makes sense to help them first. The second car who drove up while I was waiting to place my order should have waited till I place ny order. She was rude and a complete c@#t. The Manager said she would deal with it. So, I left With No Food. HORRIBLE WORKERS AND THE MANAGER SHOULD HAD FIXED THE SITUATION. THE GIRL NEEDS to be Fired on the spot. Or retrained. Everyone needs jobs. And when they get one or a chance at one they don’t care how they treat the customers. They should not work there if that’s there outlook And I have not heard a response from the manager either. The owner needs to evaluate his or her or there employees before hiring.
