This is the fourth time in a week I’ve tried to get a pizza from here, they have a new excuse every time. This time it’s the storm, even though their electricity is on and every other business in the area is running normally. Another time they told me it would take thirty to forty minutes to make a cheese pizza, another time the employee was just showing up when the store was supposed to be open. It’s a shame, this used to be a good location but the employees the have now are garbage. Go anywhere else.

Well I think I have voiced this before but in my opinion Little Caesars has become a little to big for their name. I used to enjoy the place and have had their pizza many, many, many times but the last few times I have ordered from there the pizza was not up to the standard that they themselves had set. The pizza was dry due to one of two things either they sold me a pizza that had sat in the warmer too long or that they over cooked it. Then there woud be the price. Look Little Caesars has been known as a lower priced pizza business. So now the quality is substationally lower and the price is in line with all the other pizza Chain’s so I say nah I’m good I probably will not go there again. And for all the people that do still go there make sure that the order is correct cause two of those times my order was not correct and so I had to drive back and get the order right and given the time and money it took, they failed apologize or compensate for my trouble. Oh I remember how it used to be. And those days are gone forever.

Usually have really good service from Little Caesar’s, but this location seems to have problems delivering orders whole. I have tried this location 5 times and 2 times have had orders incomplete. When you try to get ahold of the hotline to get a refund, they never call you back because wait times are so long you are unable to talk to a human. I have used other pizza places that surround this location and I would recommend using them. They are able to complete and deliver correctly.

Worst service and experience even for a fast food restaurant. I found a bug in my crazy bread and was promised a refund to my card, didn’t happen! I was promised free coupons, twice, never received!! I guess they really do mean “crazy bread!” Solution: Don’t go to this place because they certainly aren’t customer friendly at all!!!
