I’ve had better pizza from the frozen pizza aisle at Walmart and didn’t have to pay $15 for it. Do yourself a favor and buy the frozen pizza at Walmart before wasting your money like we did here

I ordered a large supreme Pizza four garlic sauces and a 2 litre of soda. They’re short on drivers so they had DoorDash deliver it to me and it arrived with just a pizza and one garlic sauce. So I called they were going to originally credit me but instead I wanted them to redeliver what they didn’t deliver on. Waited an hour for one 2 litre of soda and some garlic dipping. The driver got 3/4 of the way towards my house then turned around went back up to Pizza Hut and then marked my order as delivered. One it wasn’t just Pizza hut’s fault but also the fact that they contract through DoorDash because they’re short on drivers which again is not their fault. But they also could have made sure to hand the DoorDash driver all my order the first go around so this wouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Food was terrible. Staff forgot 1 pizza and the coupon I tried to use on the deals charged me full price for everything. I had to drive back to pick up forgotten items. No apology or anything extra offered for inconvenience. I will not be ordering again.

Not sure what has changed with how Pizza Hut makes their pizzas. Their tomato sauce not as good as it used to be. They also barely put any cheese or veggies on my supreme pizza. I should not have to pay extra to get a normal amount of toppings. If I wanted extra I can understand paying a little more but they are barely putting any normal amount on the supreme pizza. My husband unfortunately thinking about trying Dominoes.

Orders are done through a call center and when I showed up to pick up my order the store was closed! It’s 8:30pm on Sat the representative even confirmed that it was the Pizza Hut next to Anytime Fitness. Wish they would have just told me they were closed instead of wasting my time, I could have ordered from somewhere else

Absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. This was the 1st time we ordered from this place since moving here. My pizza was delivered with the wrong toppings (lack therefof) I contacted the manager to get a credit and he told me that he would have have his driver bring out the correct pizza and it would be about 30 minutes. I explained I had young children and I would not have them wait 30 minutes to eat. He continued to argue and tell me he personally cut the pizza. Fairly sure he was lying at this point. Driver returned and was given the wrong order that the geniuses manager cut himself. I will NEVER order from here again. I wouldn’t waste my time. Pizza was not good either time they delivered it either.

Worst Pizza hut ever!! 2 hours to deliver and I live near by! Items cold and smashed!! Missing items that when I called for a refund they were so horrible and acted like it was a huge problem to get refunded. Had to go out and buy my child other food. What a horrible inconvenience since i paid a huge tip to the driver and a delivery fee. Wouldn’t be a big deal but this has happened numerous times before and I let it go. Please train your employees! Horrible food and it wasn’t cheap. Over $100. Could have went to a nice restaurant with good service for that.
