Took 30 minutes to “quality check” pizza. Then when we attempted to call before close to ensure that our pizzas would actually be delivered. We were put on hold three times and all three times the employee hung up on us. The pizza was never delivered. This is unacceptable when we could have gotten a notification that our order was being cancelled. We placed our order over 40 minutes before close and when placing the order it said it would take 20-30 minutes. Clearly it didn’t.

It’s not clear that they close at 9 because it says 12 above me and when I got here after driving all the way here said they can’t just make my pizza and give it to me outside when that would literally be easier for both people. Thanks for showing that you will literally make someone do the absolute most just to get something to eat, even if it’s literally easier for all the people involved. Someone else even showed up and had a problem with that. A+ policy. Actually you guys should have a sign that says you don’t have to deal with this across the street at papa John’s to help people out.

The service that I received from both my Domino’s store and driver continues to reaffirm my faith in the human race. Many vendors and retailers seem never to have heard of nor received true customer service because they definitely don’t give it. I have never been disappointed with Domino’s and will continue to patronize you. Oh and the food is DELICIOUS TOO! But great food won’t matter if an interaction with associates leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Add to the fact my wife usually disagrees with ordering out when we have food that I can cook, but it never fails for her to give all of the logical arguments that I really shouldn’t have as she gets her plate! Thanks for keeping the marital peace, PLEASE give our driver the largest raise. Possible!!

They quoted 15-25 minutes until ready for pickup. We got there after 15 minutes and waited in the car for 10 minutes while watching one of the guys with his mask hanging off of one ear while making food, and no employee making food was wearing gloves.

Ordered two pizzas at 6:40pm and they were at my door by 7pm.. On a busy Friday evening, which was pretty impressive. They were piping hot and cooked perfectly crisp. Definitely impressed with the quality and speed!
