Went through the drive thru and I was totally surprised. Only 1 employee was working. Said the other people didn’t show up for work. But I will say that the gentleman who was working made all the difference in the world. Smiles and professional are very short words for him. There was more than me in line for food and he was doing a great job with the orders. Accurate, prompt, courteous and very professional. Whoever the guy is needs a raise. If for nothing else because he doesn’t mind working and making sure that he got it right. By himself and didn’t complain. Most would have closed and left but he didn’t want to. He is a manager and a good one! AGAIN thanks for the service you sir are a valuable asset to your company.

Consistent poor service. They refused to serve me a hamburger without a bun even after I told them I have a gluten sensitivity. They have terrible attitudes and general incompetence. Every single other Burger King I’ve been to is better. This location can’t ring items up the same as other locations and the service is consistently awful. I will fine anywhere else to eat in Oneonta, AL. I come to town once a month and have a different person provide unacceptable and rude service, sometimes while even double charging me. The person who was horribly rude is listed on the receipt image I am attaching. This person is running off your customers. You’ve lost by business and I’m sure many others. Stay home if you don’t want to do your job.

If I could give it less I would… Joseph was extremely rude, customer server use to be a thing ??? Guess not anymore. All the sandwiches were ice cold, sandwiches not in the bag. And when we came back he argued with us about if the sandwiches were cold& that he assured us he made them fresh.

Went to the one in Oneonta Saturday afternoon ordered a chicken sandwich cooked to order, does anyone know the meaning of cook to order ? by the time i reached the window it was done, I could tell it was already cooked and dropped back in hot grease and called cooked to order it was DISGUSTING. never will i go there again ! someone teach these teens how to cook cause this is NOT cook to order and you can’t cook chicken in less than 1 minute !!!

I have worked in a burger king and this place is bad. Went through the drive thru and ordered a long Italian chicken sandwich with extra mozzarella cheese. That’s all. I waited in drive thru for 7 minutes with no other care. Victor then gave me a cold sandwich with no extra cheese and it was cold. Cheese not melted and it wasn’t mozzarella cheese. Drove back thru and the manager said he would make me another. Came out very soggy and not what those sandwiches are supposed to taste like. Would not recommend.

At this burger king location, you don’t “have it your way” you get it however they decide to throw it in the bag. The food is cold and appears to have been cooked for a while.
