Okay, not a great meal for us. I have had pizza, chicken bites, bread sticks all with dipping sauces. I thought it was too pricey for the taste. I am not sure what or why the Jonesborough location has changed it was really good for a long time. Sadly this was probably our last visit.

I order here all the time, usually complicated orders. Every once in a blue moon they will mix something up but I do have complicated orders and it has been a long time since its happened. We picked up our pizzas, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was very good and cooked in a timely manner. The prices are good for the quality of pizza you get. We ordered online and it was very easy to navigate. On another occasion the staff even offered to carry the pizzas out for us.

Well the good thing was it was here before the hour they stated. And had I read older reviews about the cooks not wearing masks I would have not ordered here at all. Horrible service. Twice now have received wrong order as placed. Let the first time slide. We always tip, was interested in continuing business with them, but not at this location. Do not Recommend here. They will put cheese on your order even if you request it without. They won’t make their pizzas square, even if they give the customer the option. It’s ridiculous honestly. They do not prepare orders correctly.

The only reason for 3 stars instead of 2 is because the delivery guy was very courteous and probably their best worker. i ordered placed my order at 8 25 was told it would be 35 to 40 min. the delivery guy called 55 minutes later he had been sent to the wrong address and he made it at 9 25 or so. the pizzas were ok but tasted like they were taken out of oven about 5 minutes too soon. i will call another pizza place next time. in addition we asked for napkins packs of mozzarella or pizza cheese and ranch dressing but got none of these things. i guess we were lucky the delivery guy was a good worker or we wouldnt have gotten the pizza

No masks being worn while making the pizzas or by other employees. Also delivery drivers do not carry change. Most people know and understand this. I called placing an order of 33 dollars rounding up. I have my daughters with me and go to pick up the order as I do not have change at which point they tell me they do not take big bills. Mind you this is after watching a short stocky employee search for the lady’s pizza in front of me by literally opening every pizza on the rack including mine. The only consolation I have is a halfway friendly employee wearing a mask was semi professional about the situation. I will be following up on this with their corporate office as I have pictures of them in the boxing area without masks. Please if you have immune system problems stay away from this unsanitary location.
