Busy, and the only cashier spent more time chatting in the back with the cooks. We ordered ahead and were half an hour late, then after about 10mins in line I was told they were just getting to our order and it’d ve another 20 mins, bringing to an hour past when they said to pick it up. I realize they were busy but as a woman said, hire people. The kid at cash register told me the time they tell is an estimate, but im sorry an hour past the given estimate is not an estimate at all. All could be avoided with more staff, and more preparation for their two pizza deal days.

I ordered a large pizza and paid for extra toppings (extra cheese, pepperoni, onions). Got home, and no pepperoni. Called, explained, they said we will make you another, come get it. I get there, the guy behind the counter tells me with an attitude, “the next time, you have to bring the pizza back”. One: okay, you should have said something when I called. Two: the next time??? Sounds to me like messing up orders so paying customers have to make extra trips or pay for items not received are more the norm than a once in a while occurrence. Definitely not spending my money at this chain again after that incident.

Wanted to order a buffalo/blue cheese chicken wing pizza with boss sauce instead of buffalo but thy said they weren’t allowed to anymore because they were told by management they weren’t allowed to. Don’t see why though? Staff was professional and kind about it but I call bs, I’ve had that pizza made for years and now all of sudden they’re “not allowed to” . Funky.

Ordered a Bossy Chicken Calzone, was told on the phone it would be a half hour. Showed up, was told it wasnt done yet, and would be 10 more mins, so i sit and wait. Was told 15 mins after that, that my calzone is coming now. 10 MORE minutes later, i finally got it. Never got a reason to why it took so long. Certainly wasnt because it was busy, because it wasnt. Never got a sorry for the wait or anything. Just absolutely ridiculous that theres a wait that long when they dont take even half the time i waited for it to be made and cooked. Unbelieveable. On top of that, the cheese inside of it isnt even a little bit melted. So thats cool, good way to spend 10+ bucks. Sucks the lowest star rating i can give is 1* because even 0 stars is being too generous.
