Always come here for my favorite. The Papa Burger. Can’t beat it. Staff always friendly and food always on point. Just make sure you check your bag before you leave to ensure all your items you ordered are inside. Mistakes do happen a few times but still nothing they won’t fix immediately.

Food was great, but the service was garbage. The person nearly threw my food at me and then didn’t even ask if I wanted my change. I usually say to keep it (and give a tip), but asking if I wanted it would have been cool. Then no, “have a nice day”, “thank you” nothing. I wanted to say something, but they walked away so quickly, I couldn’t. If you don’t want to work with the public then maybe you shouldn’t work with the public. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, but the last couple of times has me thinking it might be time to give it up and just keep driving when I go past.

Not impressed with the manager Joelene, really rude and I’m not sure why she bothered to work in customer service with how she acts towards customers and employees. Not only that but not sure why this business is paying under the table especially being such a big company thought that was very fishy, I think the worse part is she likes to stalk past employees and harass them than use old employees numbers for random spam calls. Definitely hope corporate takes care of all this it’s really unprofessional especially for Lincoln park. My favorite place to eat was A & W but I will definitely be taking my stuff else where if the situation with the adult child doesn’t get delt with. I would definitely say they are in need of a new manager

Nothing negative to say. We had a very large order as well as a lot of special requests like minus this add that light this heavy that and not only did they get it 100% correct the first time..they did it very quickly and everything was excellent!! Greet job!
