I’m not usually one to leave reviews on bad experiences but I go through Dunkin’s line almost every day and I like to try new things so I ended up ordering an order of hash browns and a coffee, when I get to work I look in the bag and there’s literally only like 6 hash browns in there. I just spent $6 on a small coffee and 6 hash browns….not to mention I couldn’t even eat all of them because they were burned and I could barely chew them. On a positive note, the lady who is at the drive through window every single day is so nice and sweet and works super hard (I wish I knew her name because I’d leave a great review for her.)

Rude people that work here. I get the same order every time no issues. But certain people in there will make you repeat yourself over 5 times. Or say you can’t get cream when I have before. I kept getting cut off and I ended up leaving and telling the girl that there’s no reason for the attitude and that I always get the same drink no issues and what the problem was because she did the same thing to not only me my husband multiple instances at this store. I don’t know what’s wrong with their attitudes but I’m just here to get coffee any ways went to Starbucks as she was also yelling out of the drive thru window classy.

I really want to like Dunkin’ Donuts but they don’t read the order notes or fulfill my order accurately 50% of the time. I usually order GrubHub for delivery and I always order extra eggs or extra bacon and at least half the time they don’t fulfill it. So GrubHub will issue me a refund, which is fine but it takes 5 to 7 business days to get the refund on this missing item when really I just wanted to have it with my meal and enjoy my meal. The refund makes it better to an extent but I would’ve rather had a accurate meal that I ordered. also the hash browns are always burnt. Do better please
