Ordered delivery from this location. Took 25 min to get to me 1.2 miles away. The amount of meat on the sandwiches was abysmal. I paid the up charge for regular portion of avocado spread on my bootlegger sandwich, and it was maybe one tablespoon worth. I also added cucumber and onion, which translates to no lettuce and THREE slices of cucumber AND tomato. My sister-in-laws sandwich was supposed to have mayo AND mustard, but she could not taste either of them due to the minimal amount of each. It was supposed to be cut in half and was not. My daughter’s little John #6 had absolutely no avocado spread when it is supposed to be included. It was also supposed to be cut in half but was not. I had the exact same sandwich from another location just a week ago which had double ALL of the ingredients on the sandwich, even though the whole order was “regular.” The manager at this location said “these sandwiches were made according to corporate standards. That other location doesn’t follow corporate.” Umm, sorry, I don’t believe you. Your store sucks. I will not be back.

This is the the cleanest, freshest, absolute best Jimmy John’s I have ever eaten at. I don’t like Jimmy John’s, but my family does. Finding ourselves hungry and downtown, we opted for Jimmy John’s. I cannot stress how tasty my sub was, to the point I am looking forward to going there again! The staff is super friendly. The restaurant was so clean! Even the bathrooms were clean and dry. I couldn’t be any happier with our dinner selection.

I ordered my favorite sandwich and they had it at my door within 15 minutes. The only problem was that the driver had no change, so I ended up tipping $11 on a $12 sandwich, but they credited some of that back to my account. So I’m happy.

From OKC, I called restaurants near the Hyatt Regency requesting to feed 55 students and faculty in 50 minutes. Everyone had excuses why they couldn’t except Zach Rooks. Zach was professional, gracious and excited to serve!! It was “all hands on deck” when our “mob” arrived. He previously asked for our orders, so all boxes were separated and labeled with each name. Food was fantastic…fresh and delicious. It was so fast that the kids had time to eat and visit. We all had a blast! Zach’s team provided the best experience we’ve had in my 5 year tenure with this high school orchestra! Thanks again and again!!

Stayed in a hotel downtown and ordered 3 combo meals for delivery using their website. Meal tracker said out for delivery after 10 minutes. It took the delivery guy an hour to deliver and when we got it, the meal smelled like weed, the bread was hard and the ice had melted, but the delivery guy looked happy. Don’t try to call, the phone number on here and the website is wrong.

My experience at this location was terrible. This was my first time visiting a jimmy john’s, so I didn’t know the menu. So I told him what I wanted on my sandwich and the man working cashier looked at my like I was stupid. Then I asked for ranch and he had an attitude as well. Every time we order from here they screw the order up. I’m so exhausted dealing with this Jimmy John’s. If this store only had one sandwich on the menu, they wouldn’t be able to get it right. If you want to be aggravated and disappointed, come here. Roast beef sandwich, sure, here is turkey, but we won’t tell you until you open the sandwich back at your office. We want you to be surprised with your order of irritation. No mayo, perfect, here is your sandwich with mayo. No changes, perfect, we will make it with no cheese. You want ranch on that, sorry, we are out and it’s 11:58 a.m. Noon and no roast beef, sure, come to this store.

Ordered my lunch on the app. Went to pick it up and the guy working said “I’m busy with a catering order, I’ll be with you in a few minutes. Waited 10 minutes and then asked if I could go ahead and get my own drink while I waited and he just gave me a dirty look and mumbled “whatever”. So I left. He made me lose my appetite.

I order delivery here frequently and my order is never correct. I decided to go in the store today for lunch and placed my order and asked for a side of oil and vinegar. Zach was very rude to me and argued me down about why he couldn’t give me the side of oil and vinegar. There is a way that you should talk to and treat customers. He told me it would be extra which I know because I order from Jimmy John’s that the oil and vinegar is free. So when I said go ahead and I’ll pay for it he said well “I’m not supposed to do it” so I pay $16 for a sandwich and you’re telling me I can’t get a side of oil and vinegar and I can’t pay for it?! The customer service at this location has gotten really bad over time. I’ve dealt with ordering delivery on the app and never receiving orders, orders being incorrect when they are delivered, coming into the store and being rudely told that they are closed in the middle of the day, calling in to check on an order and having it confirmed only for them to cancel my order after waiting 3 hours. I’ve tried to give this place so many chances but today was it. I hope they get better customer service for other customers moving forward. It sucks because I could literally eat Jimmy John’s everyday but I won’t patronize bad servic
