Went up to the mountain for the day and grabbed a bite to eat. This is the most amazing burrito I have ever had. Can’t wait to come back again in a few weeks and order something new! Huge portions, amazing service, and amazing atmosphere! Take my money!

Got a fat, delicious burrito for cheap and they were super fast about it. Amazing oasis in a place that has limited options for service people working in the area who don’t pack their own lunches…. Definitely coming back

While the chicken in the burrito was delicious, the beans were inedible. The burritos are huge, definitely 2 servings. $60 for two burritos (one with rice and beans), a cheese quesadilla, and 3 sodas. Seemed like a lot even for a small town food truck…more what you’d expect to pay at a sit down restaurant

The owners are so nice and personable. Food flavors were excellent and portions were huge. Birria came with a huge bowl filled with extra beef. Unreal!!! Even let us have our dog on the patio and brought him a bowl of water.

Little spot right on the side of Highway 542 close to Mt. Baker Nat’l Forest. Service was quick; it helped that I got here just before the dinner rush started. Margarita was made from scratch and plenty strong. Really fresh food with a Michoacán influence. The complimentary chips & salsa came with salsa verde, rojo, & pico de gallo. My ceviche tostada was excellent! Unfortunately, the Spanish rice was both dry and plain (had no peas & carrots), beans (pinto refritos) was barely warm, so I can’t give it 5 stars. Kind of a big deal because growing up in Austin Texas I have pretty high standards from Mexican fare and almost no other place in the PNW has gotten 5 from me.

Their hot red salsa is 10/10 ! Has a spicy kick to it but I’m all about that. I got their chicken burrito which hit the spot and was exactly what I wanted. I loved a toasted tortilla! 🙂
