I had a bad experience through the drive through 3 weeks ago just like most people are stating, but I am giving 5 stars because when I came in to get the issue resolved, they did not give me a hard time, fixed me right up and where super nice and amazing, just maybe go in instead of the drive through. This Tim Hortons has the absolute worst service of any other store I’ve been to. The staff are so rude, everybody is always in a bad mood and treat you like you’re wasting their time, they’d rather be anywhere other than at work. If I had a dollar for the amount of times I’ve been given an attitude for ordering food at this store I would be rich.

Most of those who are giving this a low rating are those who were ordering via drive-through. But ill rate this store a 5 because their service at the counter is never below par. I’ve been here 3 times already and I’ve been treated with good service by the staff. One staff even remembered my order from last time. The prices are way lower than the Starbucks just few meters away. Coffee tasted good. I like the French vanilla the most. There is plenty of space for everyone. Free WiFi for students who’d love to stay and study.

They never give you what you ask for. Regardless of what their menu says or instructions on the delivery app. They also adjust your order without telling you. That’s just for delivery. When I’ve been there and asked for them to make sure I don’t get a certain ingredient because of an allergy, I get attitude. I don’t order from them often but the other TH wasn’t available this time and I decided to give them another chance because I hadn’t ordered from them in months and they still can’t get it right.

Avoid this place, go to Dunkin. Unless you enjoy talking to probably one of the meanest people in customer service. They handed me a bag with napkins and none of my food was in it. Told the lady this and she was rude, rolling her eyes and yelling. I don’t think it’s to much to ask for the food I already paid for. Why would I come to Tim Hortons for napkins?
