Genuinely the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. They seem to have a lot of issues and can never properly serve their customers. Every bit of liberal left my body when I waited for 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence just to be told they’re only taking mobile orders or drive thru. Why not just lock your doors at that point ? Thank goodness for Starbucks across the street. Had half the amount of employees as the taco bell but were able to actually serve customers.

Worst ever!! No staff to take an order. You are forced to use a self check out kiosk with no staff to help. Made a mistake and when asked for help to understand was told “we made it the wY you ordered it. I could have helped you at the kiosk.” Which time would that be? The first when it kicked me out and no one came to help or the second time when I made a mistake and no one here to help fix it. I understand being short staffed. I do not understand being ignored as a customer and not helped and being told , we can’t help you. Just brutal.

They had shut the fryer off so when I ordered nacho fries they said it was too late. My awww response was heard by the manger and she popped in and told me it would be a min but she couldn’t let me leave without them. She didn’t want to disappoint me. How cool is that?! Thank you!!!

i ordered online like 5 mins before i went and picked it up like i normally do. i go to this store almost every other day and never have a problem. but whoever worked tonight needs to fix something. bc number 1 my food smells chemically 2 my food is stale i went to eat my chips and i was on the verge of throwing up. and my DLT was so hard to bite into. i’m very disappointed. let’s hope i dont get sick.

Three disrespectful girls working the drive through. horrible service and poor attitudes. Dirty. Definitely would put 0 stars. Never will be back. They should be fired. I Park my semi truck close then I walk to Taco Bell The door was closed around 10:30 PM I went to the window she told they don’t serve walk in from window I must be in a car I told her what’s go in on but she refused to place order for me even though. Then I just walk a way without getting some food. That’s how they treat us .
