We were here for breakfast when it was Dunlap’s and enjoyed the food then. We thought the food was delicious this time as well. Service was quick and friendly (we had a party of 11!). Everyone left full as the portions were big and happy with what they ordered.

First time here and food was awesome!! My husband and I came in for breakfast- I got an egg with scrapple (which was extremely tasty) and my husband got biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns (also extremely tasty). I’d recommend this grill to anyone! Price was really affordable too, especially for being in Gettysburg! We will be back!

Michelle is a great waitress, on time, pleasant and great with scheduling events. Food is excellent, fair pricing, and you will not walk away hungry after breakfast there. Highly recommend.

Food mediocre at best. Watch out for fake positive reviews. My wife, daughter and son actually had breakfast.

New ownership and management has raised the quality of the meal and service. Warm hospitality. The breaded Hallock was amazing. And huge. Later, had a bacon barbeque chicken breast. It was excellent as well. Suggest you give the place a visit.

Friendly place, was Dunlap’s Restaurant but now managed by the folks next door at the Federal Pointe Inn. We dined there just a few days after the transition, and there were a few sticking points, like there were no desserts, they were out of some condiments, and the waiter and cook weren’t familiar with the menu, I had to ask for a redo on my chicken as the portion wasn’t correct. It tasted good, and my daughter’s steak was cooked as ordered and was very good. I’m sure they’ll work out the issues soon and we’ll be back to try again.

I’m a local and loved the “Lucky Truck”. However, a restaurant is a completely different monster and that shows here. I understand it’s “new” and some wrinkles need to be ironed out, that’s why I gave it 3 stars. We went for breakfast and it was just ok. Our sever seemed to be very new, but kind. Everyone in the north thinks sausage gravy should be this thick, white, glumpy mess and that’s what it was here, homemade? Yes, but not good. When you mass cook bacon, pop it on the flat top for a few seconds before sending out, to get the excess fat off and crisp up a bit. Blueberry pancakes were great! We will try again in a few months. Best of luck to this establishment. C+

My husband and I have went there for 20 years every time we come to town. Never again!!! Horrific food. Breakfast was so bad we came back for dinner like idiots. To all of the employees go find another job you won’t be open long. You can serve food like this and expect to make it. Place was mostly empty, appears word is out. Who ever bought the place do something now before it’s too late. Your losing customers everyday!
