Pulled up to the drive thru with no one in front of me. The employee said something I couldn’t hear, so I thought she had asked for my order. As I started to place my order, she yelled “I said one moment” . I immediately pulled out. This is 2 of the last 3 times I went to this location that the service sucked. The employees are rude and don’t care about the business. I don’t know if the franchise owner reads these, or even cares, but your employee cost you a customer today. I will drive to another city for KFC before I return to this location. Gave 1 star, but this place deserves zero.

I purchased two 12 piece nugget orders and only received 8 pieces in both after coming back to correct their first mistake with our order . Basically conned me out of a few bucks , the service here is sub optimal . I also wasn’t given a receipt so I cannot dispute the mistakes they’ve made to my order a second time

The chicken tasted good. Service sucked. I ordered a chicken meal with mac and cheese, cole slaw and a biscuit. After driving home, discovered I was given a mashed potato instead of mac and cheese. When I called the store started to explain what the problem was, the lady I was speaking with stopped me and told me they had given me the wrong side before I was able to tell her. Then I noticed the biscuit wasn’t there either. I had to drive all the way back to get what I ordered. When I told the lady I had spoken with that I wouldn’t be back, she didn’t appear concerned about it only told me ok have a better rest of your day

Every time I go to get fry chicken wing never have them what the deal husband went there yesterday no wing have to call to see if they have wings you r a chicken Resturaunt why no chicken wing. The woman who took my order at the drive through was lifeless. I get to the window and the girl that took my money was courteous and friendly. My lunch was handed to my by another woman. Held my bag with two fingers and handed it to me with her back turned to me and slid the window close without a word, back still to me. Need I say more?

Last 2 times I visited I didn’t have the best experience. The first time I pulled forward to wait for a sweet tea because I was given unsweet. I sat there for almost 20 min and had to go in myself to get it. Only one car came behind me in the drive thru and only one family inside. So they weren’t busy. Had I not already paid I would have left but it made me late for work. The next time I visited my gravy wasn’t closed properly and got all in my seat and purse. I spent quite a bit of time cleaning it. They should use plastic bags for gravy if the tops don’t stay on well. I was given a paper bag because that was apparently KFC standard. The service the first time was bad. The second time was good aside from the gravy incident. There isn’t a KFC in my city so I drove to another to get it. After the drive I would have hoped my experiences would be better. After seeing these reviews it seems they need some new employees or at the very least better training.
