SLOW! My lord are they slow. On average it takes 20-30 mins to get through the drive through on SLOW days I don’t even bother on busy days. Half the time the coffee tastes burnt or isn’t made right. They never hire enough staff and the ones they do hire seem to be incompetent. It’s coffee how hard can it be!?

I was just in the drive thru and there was a crazy woman inside screaming at the two staff members about how she was their boss and they needed to listen to her. She wasn’t dressed like she was working (shorts and a tank top) so for the employees sake I hope it was just a random drunk woman in the lobby. If that insane brunette is infact your manager, maybe you should reevaluate your management choices, because I assure you, you don’t pay those boys enough to be treated like that.

The absolute WORST Dunkin Donuts on the planet. And I don’t have high standards for any type of drive through food establishment. You’ll wait forever to get lukewarm drinks and food. If you order on the app it still won’t be ready when you arrive even if you give it plenty of time. Several times I have arrived for them to tell me they were out of something. Did they offer a substitute? Issue a refund? Also no. I literally drive out of my way to go any place but here now. Don’t give them your business.

I don’t usually write a review on a place but I just sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes and it didn’t even move and then I went inside and they kicked me out for not wearing a mask. They are the slowest most In organized Dunkin’ Donuts. I think there’s only one person working the drive-through in the door. I would not recommend this place if you are on any time constraints at all

I haven’t been to this dunkin in a couple months now and tried writing a review but was still waiting for this review page to load just like waiting in their line. EVERY SINGLE TIME I came to this location there would either be no one in front of me or one car waiting at the window and EVERY SINGLE TIME they told me they would take my order shortly. No matter how simple the peoples order was in front of me. Regardless I wait in line a good 10 min when there is only 2 cars in line including me. And even when you get to the window it takes them forever to hand you your order. And most times they haven’t even started making it. WORST. DUNKIN. EVER. Time for management to clean house.
