The restaurant needs to be detailed cleaned. The booths have visible soil build up. Ceiling tile need replacing and all the vents are dirty. Tables are leveled with cardboard instead of using adjuster.

I just had the most awful experience of dining at The Great Wall Buffet. This buffet used to be one of the best Chinese restaurants around. However, since it has reopened with a new owner, it is by far the WORST food I think I have ever eaten. The food options were all either bland, burnt, or just straight up off with the flavors. There was not a single item on the entire buffet that was decent enough to eat. I actually had to spit out some of my food because it was so terrible I couldn’t make myself swallow it! I 100% do NOT recommend this buffet with the new owners.

New owners. I miss the carpets and the hard floor is sticky and louder. Bathrooms are still a disgusting garbage pit. Walls, benches, and ceiling have visible mold. They did add some primative sushi by deleting the American hot food bar like fried chicken and pizza. What really gets me is how bad the food was. Cold oysters were Literally streamed leftovers, base dishes like lomain tasted fishy? Fried rice was doughy! I’m blown away i used to love this place despite the gross bathroom and such that literally has urine rotted holes in the wall! On top that there was absolutely no ambience music or anything. Talking to The person i was dining with felt like we were in a library and literally whispered! The food and price used to be good but now i don’t think i can ever go back..

Food is garbage now. Either very old or fresh(just brought out) but cold which doesnt make sense unless their food is frozen and they attempt to heat it up. The old owners were nicer and knew what they were doing. Honestly am sad to say i will NEVER return. This used to be my favorite place. I wouldnt even give it 1 star. Cant cook and it is now almost all sushi that looks like it came out of a box. Even the coke was gross….

This was my first time at the Great Wall, so I cannot compare to the previous owner. The restaurant was not full when we arrived about 6:30, and the hostess sat us right away. On the way to the table she asked what we wanted to drink so abruptly that the only thing I thought to answer was “water.” We were not given menus, even though they have a regular menu besides the buffet. She returned with the water, then ran off quickly, and it was clear she was not coming back to ask us anything else. I got up to ask about beer or wine, they said they don’t have that any more, even though there are beer advertisements on the walls. We ended up getting the buffet, because it was obvious they didn’t want us to order from the menu.

Stop in and look to see if you like the place. I ate here on 12/4/18 at 7pm and there was plenty of fresh food already prepared or you can pick from the raw bar and have it cooked up fresh for you. The only complaint I might make was they should probably add water to the sliced pork steak tray on the steam table because the Aus jus had thickened. There is two old wet spots on the very slightly drooping ceiling tiles that a previous reviewer over-exaggerated and a few of the benches have some ingrained dirt. The rest of the tables were just fine and we’ll cleaned. Bathrooms were just okay. Price was awesome at about $10.50 + tax for this great meal! P.S.- For the cheapskates that left around 7:45pm. You should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to make the management take half off your meal and threaten them with contacting the health department if they don’t because You thought the steamtable MIGHT be too hot. Bon apetit everyone!

There is a huge mold problem on the ceiling where the food is. Can’t they be shut down for that? Patrons were complaing they could not “read” the signs telling them what certain foods were. The bananas in a dish were brown. Some of the top food was cold. I hope I don’t get sick from eating there but I will not be going back. There is too much restaurant competition in the area to be slacking with any of what I just spoke about.Throughly disgusting. I told the cashier too and she just looked at me. Didn’t say a word.

Ate there tonight…if it was a particularly bad day for them, I’m sorry, but I enjoy finding buffets and feel there is only one truth.

The new owners have ruined the restaurant. The lo mein was actually dried up and stuck in the pan. No honey chicken, no chicken on a stick, no lo mein (unless you like dried up noodles that have been on the buffet for hours.)

Food was ok, but the it was $28 for two people. I could have eaten at a waaaay nicer restayrant for that price. The bathrooms were disgusting. Mold on the ceiling tiles, and it smelled like a barn. I used to eat here frequently, but haven’t been there in a while. It has definitely gone downhill in the last year or so. For $15 a person I’ll just get a steak from another restaurant next time
