This panda Express is very close by to my work so it is very convenient for me to stop here for lunch but every time I get food from this location the food is always over cooked. I stopped by last week and ordered a bowl of orange chicken. Sure enough the orange chicken was way over cooked it was crunchy and tasted burnt, today, I stopped by again to give this location another chance, I got a plate with orange chicken and chow mein and sure enough the orange chicken again was over cooked! Everything else about this location is great, lines are never too long, I get my food very quickly and customer service excellent.

I am giving a fair rating due to not being greeted when I walked into the establishment. There was an employee directly in front of me who just ignored me and proceeded to do other things. The manager or shift leader on shift today did not even acknowledge me either. However Jeni helped me as soon as she was done with another customer. Jeni has superb customer service skills which is a rarity these days. Thank you Jeni for all you do keep up the amazing work and can do attitude. Your customer service skills are above reproach. Keep smiling it radiates to others. The five star service rating is only due to Jeni.

Rude employee with braids. They were literally dead and I was the only customer and she acts like it’s a problem I’m there and takes forever to make my plate. Like why? You’re obviously dead because ppl don’t like going there because of you. Then you wanna take forever and only give me 3 packets of soy sauce like it comes out your paycheck. I hope this review and others put you out of a job and get someone in there with good work etiquette.

I went through the drive-thru so I can’t say anything about the inside. And the only reason they lost a star on service was because one of my items on my plate was teriyaki chicken and they forgot to put the teriyaki sauce in the bag and I didn’t notice till I got home. It was still good but it would have been better with the sauce.

Drive thru crew… Do better! Condiments are part of our orders. Face it, fact. I ordered teriyaki chicken and spring rolls. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce and sweet n sour. Drive thru tok forever and on lunch break so I trusted they knew how to do the job. Get back to work and no sauce at all. So plain chicken, no flavor. No lunch for me that day. You guys do it to people at this location all the time. I talked to all my patients that day about it and to many said the same about this location. Sad

Went in today and Audrey was super rude! She began rushing my parent who was ordering (my parent made a mistake in their order due to being rushed), and when it was time for my order (same car two orders), she asked me TWICE in the span of five seconds what I wanted. I told her and apologized for needing to roll my window down.
