I walked into this store was not greeted at all for more than 10 mins with no other customers in the store and 3 employees at the counter goofing off. I then waited a long time for a order placed over 20 mins before I had arrived. When they finally talked to me they still had not even started the food I had ordered. Very disappointed. They need new employees and management.

Ordered pizza online which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, arrived there 35 minutes later and it was not in the pizza portal. Had to wait for cashier to help me. I asked to pay for one butter garlic sauce. It was $1.06. I handed him $50.06. The change he gave me was $19. Luckily, I counted and corrected him. He took out a calculator and tried to calculate my change. He looked very confused. I abruptly just told him he owed me $49 he gave me the correct change and I left l. I wouldn’t trust paying in cash here. Either the cashier has no idea how to do simple math (shouldn’t be a cashier in that case) or something shady is going on here…. not returning.

They were really busy so I understand they were doing the best with what they had. They actually tried giving me an extra pizza cause they were just so busy they were just trying to get stuff out. I ended up sitting in the lobby for a little bit while waiting for my order to be finished and the kid that took over the front counter after i got there left my order on the front counter for a bit and never said my name or put it in the pizza portal until after he had helped a bunch of other people even though he had already looked at the order receipt. I’m not mad or anything my food was still pretty good and I understand they were busy.

Tried to order here one more time after having a bad experience a week or so ago. Ordered my pizzas online waited an hour for confirmation that they were ready and in the oven for pickup and when I got there my pizzas were given to someone else. When I asked the manager why this happened and what he was going to do to make it right he told me I could wait longer during rush time for them to remake the pizzas or he could refund me. He was completely rude when I tried to get clarification on what he meant. This place seriously new management because this location has gone downhill quickly. Won’t be returning until this establishment can correctly serve it’s customers with some level of accuracy.

Service could be better but usually kids working so can’t expect too much and if service was a top concern then eating cheap ready to go pizza probably wouldn’t be what I was going for. Pizza is cheap and not bad, not great but kids and Stowers and drunks love it.

Usually I order through the pizza portal and tonight was no different, but when I order at 6 and it says it’ll be ready at 7. That’s fine but when I get here and it’s almost 7:30 and it’s still not ready but somehow I am literally watching people walk in, order and walk out with pizzas in seconds it’s extremely irritating and honestly don’t know if I’m going to come back. Cuz I understand if someone ordered ahead of me but to watch people enter pay and leave when I have been here for a half hour is ridiculous..

I ordered 3 pizzas and a crazy bread through the app for pickup, I tracked the order and when it showed it was in the oven we headed that way. Once we walked into the store there are teenagers laughing and joking around while other people are working and completely ignoring any customers in the front, when approached asking about our pizza they said they have no clue where it is and go on a mission of tracking it down and blaming everyone. Once they come to the conclusion that it must of been given to another guest by mistake they just stared at me until I asked for it to be made again. I am really shocked that they allow their employees to speak to each other in that manner and how long it took to even try and say there was a mistake on their end. This is a new location for me and I will not be going back and will stick to the one closer to my home.

Best little C’s in town, largely in part to the manager. I’m in once a week and he always makes sure to notice me and interact with me in some way. It’s one of the only places I ever go where I see the store manager in the back every single time I’m in there.. The manager is always actually helping versus just hanging out watching the story being backed up.

Came to this place and ordered a cheese pizza and honey bbq wings. They did not say it would be a long wait or anything actually pretty sure they said it will be a couple minutes. It took 15 minutes to get a pizza and wings, watching like 10 people walk in and out in that time. I finally get my order and they give me the wrong wing flavor AND the entire pizza is not cut at all. Very unhappy with this place. I’ll go to another Little Caesars next time.
