Boston Kitchen does it right. Scallops wrapped in bacon, chicken like you dream about and all perfectly done with a smile. Boston Kitchen has couple locations and the one in Quincy Market really does a great job for lunch. Kitchen seems right for them, their shop in the Market feels like a kitchen. Everything you order from them has a great fresh taste! A definite lunch consideration while in Boston.

This place used to be outstanding. I used to come here every Friday for lunch, but probably for almost half a year now, the food hasn’t been the same. I went to Boston Kitchen a few days ago because I haven’t had their food in months. When I ordered my food and sat down to eat it, everything was dry, stale, and undercooked. Most importantly, it didn’t taste fresh at all and wasn’t satisfying to me. Which was a shocker because their food always tasted fresh to me and tasted great, in my opinion, at least. I got Fried Chicken, French fries, and Macaroni and Cheese and the only thing that tasted okay was the macaroni and cheese but even that tasted strange. Maybe the reason why my food turned out the way it did, was because the food selections they had were sitting under the heat for too long? I honestly don’t know but I generally don’t think this is a bad restaurant. Every time I come here, their customer service has always been excellent. But after eating that food, I probably won’t be going there for a while because the food made me feel really sick.

Terrible customer service. I had a voucher for a meal (chicken fingers or sandwich, fries or mac and cheese and 1 drink) Went to use it and they said i could only use it on chicken fingers and a pepsi. I don’t drink soda. She refused to let me take a water or any other beverage. Why have the vouchers if they aren’t honored?

I ordered 3 chicken finger plates thinking they were $6.99 each based on a picture I saw with the fingers and fries. We ate the fingers but all 3 of us did not finish even 1/2 the fries. I don’t usually waste food but I did not want to carry the fries around. I just looked at my receipt and see that I was charged $13.89 (3 x $4.63) for just the fries and $20.97 got the fingers which was fine. I feel like whatever I saw for advertising was misleading but my fault since I did not question the pricing but I never would have paid $13.89 for three side orders of french fries. The chicken fingers were kind of dry with no sauce – just ketchup for the fries and I would never go there again except maybe to point out that I feel their advertising was misleading.

Best restaurant in the market by far. Very respectful workers. Best wings, their potatoes are the best. I don’t know why this is a 3.8 review. Maybe different workers giving customers attitude, but from my customer service I received, 100% best.
