This is not it, fam. Go home and make yourself a dinner you deserve or go support a local small restaurant. If you want the blandest and most basic food in the America, go right ahead. Absolutely no flavor, food was cool, and the tables are all smashed together so it was like a big family family reunion with strangers like Aunt Gertrude, Uncle John, and little cousin Timmy. I feel dirty and need to go home and shower.

I’m not a big fan of buffets but when you don’t have a lot of time to eat and you are sick of fast food it is a great option. It was very busy and pretty dirty but the staff kept busy keeping it as clean as possible. The food was fresh and cooked well.

We got there at 8 pm, they had an hour left to close. We paid more than $80 for 2 seniors and 2 adults and take home cups. The drinks tasted off, too much CO2. The food looked like it was sitting their for hours. I understand it’s almost closing, but we are paying for good food, not hard old food that was also flavorless. It was my first time trying this place and my last.

The servers who work the floor there are welcoming, friendly, hardworking people. However, the food is kind of bland, not great. The green beans were contaminated with pork, so not edible. Need the vegetable options to actually be vegetables. The cabbage didn’t have pork contamination, which was good, so I was able to try that, it was okay but needed some spices/seasonings. The cornbread was too sweet/sugary. The roast beef was tough. Spaghetti was dry. The ham that is close to the salad fixings gets mixed up in the other containers, rendering cross contamination. Sugar free or low sugar options for the sweets section would be kind of nice. The salad was enjoyable, plenty of options, with the exception of the containers of pork being too close to the food containers.

My wife and decided to eat here (Conway, AR location) for dinner, and we most likely won’t be back. We ate here back in 2017 and after 6 years we returned, but its not worth what you pay for it. Just for the 2 of us it $42 and some change. This total was with a large to-go cup, but the charge for that cup is ridiculously priced at $3.50. To eat here you spend over $20 a person to eat room temperature food. The choices of food are there..quantity isn’t the issue. It’s the quality you get. Yes there is steak, fish, shrimp…etc. But most of that food is under a light, and in a warming tray that either doesn’t perform well or is just trickery to make you think you are getting warm food. The only thing this place has going for it is if you want to eat unlimited mediocre steak (and its the closest thing to fresh you will get). Service was ok, but technically it hard to judge service because all that person does is refill your drink. I kind of feel sorry for the so called servers there, because the cost of eating there is so expensive that its unaffordable to tip service. The atmosphere is nothing spectacular. Its cramped and no more different than eating at a fast food place. For $42 I wanted walk out with the attitude of bragging to family of where I went and what I ate. Instead it was like well we ate food, isn’t was’t worth what we paid for, and we won’t be returning. Chinese buffet food has similar choices, quantity, and you only pay around $33 for 2 people (with drink). Golden Corral is WAY over priced, and not worth what they charge.

The experience was great. My wife and I took my mom for her birthday and my dad for Father’s day. Everybody enjoyed their meals. This is probably my favorite location near us. There is also a reward program that is nice. It is well worth the price for the options on the buffet. I would definitely recommend checking this location out.
