First time ordering from here. They had it ready quick and we’re very courteous. Pizza and cheese bread were a little doughy but had a nice chew and crust. Plenty of cheese and plenty of toppings on the pizza. The wings were actually crispy (maybe fried?) which was amazing. Good sauce. A little small, but they were priced according. Overall I’d say this place is a killer value and offers super tasty food. Nothing gourmet, but I got my whole order (+ tip) for less than the price of a large pie at Luce or Black Sheep. Do yourself a favor and skip Toppers or whatever other chain is your go to and try this spot out.

Has gotten pricier considering a plain cheese pizza isn’t $5 anymore, and a 2 liter is almost $5 but I still enjoy the food here. Sad that the fire temporarily shut it down, hope to be back soon! Also love the halal options.

I loved this place, but to anyone confused why they’re not answering the phone, the building had a fire a little while ago and isn’t open.

The people here are nice and the pizza was tasty. I could have used a few more pepperonis. Nice that they use beef pepperoni and hand-tossed crusts. Wings were good too.

This place is a sleeper!! very clean and impressive. Cheap 5 dollars for a whole pizza and it’s very good. I’m glad this place is close. They close at 10 pm just FYI. Give this place a try. I hated that i waited for over a month.

Finally decent pizza at a good price. Since moving to Minnesota I am so sick of paying $30 for a bad pizza. $5Pizza isn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had, by no means. It tastes good and its worth the price, can’t say that about 90% of the pizza shops around the Twin Cities. The most important boxes they check are 1. cooking it at an appropriate temperature so the cheese is browned and 2. the red sauce has sufficient acidity. Most Twin Cities pizzerias use way too much sugar in the sauce, no acidity. Then cook it at too cool of a temp so no flavor comes out in the cheese. $5Pizza is what I would call East Coast pizza, the style of pizza you’ll find anywhere from Virginia to Maine.

I’ve heard about this place for the past two years. Finally stopped in today. The pizzas are no longer 5 bucks. They are ,7-8 bucks for a large cheese. Still a great deal compared to other pizza joints so no complaints there. The guy that helped me was very polite and kind. The pizza was not anything extraordinary, but it definitely was not bad. I definitely recommend this place if ur hungry and low on cash or just want a large snack that’s quick and fresh. Overall no complaints. Thanks 5 dolla……I mean 7 or 8 dollar pizza!!

I love $5 pizza as a chain. This store is pretty good too. A little slow but the staff is polite and they do their jobs. There is seating inside so you can wait for your pizza and they have seating in the back too I think to like go and eat. The pizza was also prepared well and tasted really good imom
