Good service, and it’s at a very convenient location. It seems like some of the drinks are made with deviations from the drink menu- the chai latte in particular always lacks flavor, like it’s watered down. This is the only location where I’ve experienced this.

Convenient for a college student who doesn’t have a car or means of transportation but, they never have anything I like available. This goes for muffins, sandwiches and some drinks they can make. I assume this is because it’s a college Starbucks and a small extension of a large brand coffee shop. Either way it’s annoying not being able to get what I want. Also, the baristas aren’t that skilled and I tried to look past this because I’m sure they are students and tired and are doing their very best but when I pay a good chuck of money I want my money’s worth. Line can also be long but I’ve learned to accept this. Not the best Starbucks but tolerable for the location.

It’s a good Starbucks, but sometimes it takes them a long time to enter in the information if you try to use a Starbucks gift card because they can’t just swipe it like you could at a real one.

If you need coffee on campus, you know where to go. It’s built right into the library as well, so you can grab coffee or a snack and go read a book or use one of the provided PCs to get homework done.

I got a latte which was ok, till I got to the last sip, I almost swallowed what looked like a mucous covered piece of ham fat, revolting! They said it was unblended drink powder. I don’t think so, it was pink.
