Drove through for a big order, so it took quite a while. Meant the food was just made. The Coleslaw needed a bit more dressing, and y’all should leave out the heart. It was fresh. The Mac and cheese was not so good. There was some stringy cheese in it, but the creamy you would expect was instead runny. We didn’t eat it. Everything else seemed standard Church’s. The cashier at the window was very nice.

I went to go buy churches chicken today went to different locations, the flavors are not there. The effort is not there I’ve been eating churches chicken for 25 years. I want to take a bite of a churches chicken and take me back to my childhood memories but the flavor is not there no more if I’m gonna waste $30-$50 I better get some good chicken. Their service is great the people are great but not the flavors no more I’m definitely disappointed. Sorry I’m being Honest I Hope they get their flavor together soon.

So disappointed. I rarely eat fried chicken but I really was hungry for that today. So I dropped by the drive thru and ordered the 3 piece. The chicken tasted terrible. I cut open each piece but all were the same. Tasted like old meat and crust was stinky and dry. I wished I would’ve read these reviews beforehand. They’re all pretty bad. Now I know. You should close this location before someone actually gets sick .

If you live a decent distance away, don’t go to this location. Quick to sell you uncooked chicken, and an order that isn’t complete. Apparently, according to the girl working at this moment that answered the phone, it’s not the restaurants fault they served me raw chicken, and didn’t give me a complete order. I thought that’s why I’m also the one that needs to go and take care of it tomorrow, because it’s an inconvenience to have a manager working right now. Well, I mean, inconvenient to have someone available willing to help? But hey, they got me in the book. Also, don’t try to inquire which manager or employee didn’t do their job that day. They’ll hang up on you before you can actually get any information to file a complaint properly ♂️

First thing we were told coming in during lunch was “to go only”. Chairs were down and dining room was clean, no idea why we couldn’t eat inside so we had to settle for eating in the parking lot under the sun… Ace was forgetting drinks and happily helping the people after us offering free tea but apparently we are just a hassle. Was told it only took 3 minutes to make chicken fried steak but ended up waiting 10-15 minutes for a 2 piece and and a chicken fried steak. The two guys after us for their orders quickly and with free tea.

0 stars if I could !!!! Beyond horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE, I repeat don’t waste your time or money and more importantly don’t risk your health . When I got there a young African American lady helped me out on drive through and she was super rude . I said thank you like 4 times and she never replied . She gave me an open Mac n cheese and I said excuse me this is open and with an attitude she said what else you want that was the last one . But that wasn’t all after eating my meal I noticed the soda was a little off and I felt tingling in my throat , guess what ???? There was ants and bugs like in my drink look at the pictures im sure I swallowed a few because I only noticed when I saw the ice . Disgusting!!!! Never coming back . Please believe the other reviews with bugs in the food it’s true . STAY AWAY . THIS PLACE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED and CLOSED DOWN!!!

We had wanted to eat dinner after a hard work, we had ordered 3 piece meals and specified what pieces and wanted it to be fresh and that we would wait, we did not get what we ask for cause the cashier was not listening and that if we still wanted what we initially asked for that she would have to charge for it, like if she was messing with the cust. All we wanted was fresh chicken and shecdid not want drop it. The mexican lady Mgr started swearing with the rudest language in front all the patrons and said she does not give a %@?/.,and that she’s gonna quit, Our chicken was cold and I will be calling upper mgt and speaking with whomever I have to speak with. MOST OF ALL THE FRONT EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SKILLS. BUT THE MEXICAN LADY MGR DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!!!!!

Okay I lived in the area 10 years never realized this place was here. I got some chicken and came on here to review and saw the other reviews and photo and almost puked in my mouth because those photos are gross and I literally just ate there and enjoyed my chicken but…..now I’m feeling grossed out. Personally no bugs innout chicken the biscuits were absolutely delicious…and the large fried were yummy….wish they were bigger for a family side. I didn’t see any bugs if I saw that review I wouldn’t have gone…..is that real or sabotage…? Who knows here are my photos.
