The Little Caesars location closest to us does not do stuffed crust, so I ordered online to the one in Waynesville. It was easy to order online and the prices are very reasonable. The order was ready a few minutes before it told us it would be, which was awesome. It was in the “Pizza Portal” which locks your pizza in a hot holding cell and you get a code to unlock it. When we came to pick it up, I let the worker know we were just picking up our pizza, and the worker got the pizza for us, which I thought was really nice of them! The pizza we got was the stuffed pretzel crust pizza with pepperoni and cheese sauce. The crust was interesting and a little bit salty, but it was stuffed perfectly! It’s a very hearty meal, and I could only do a couple of slices at a time. The pizza was delicious, though, and the service was great too. I highly recommend this location!

The first disappointing part of the visit was when I tried to order a Classic Pepperoni pizza that was on the Hot-N-Ready menu. The cashier informed me that they did not keep Classic Pepperoni as Hot-N-Ready. While that seemed crazy, I agreed to wait 10-12 minutes for the pizza to be cooked. After waiting more than 25 minutes and having several customers who arrived and ordered after me have their order cooked and delivered to them while I sat waiting, I asked for my money back. I never received an apology or any acknowledgement that how I was treated was extremely poor customer service. I wish that I could say that they were short-staffed and that was the reason for what I experienced but there was an abundance of staff throughout the store.

The pizza is good when it’s made to order, what makes this place stand out is the employees, we love the guy with the hot and ready pizza sign out by the road, dancing and waving. Definitely makes a happy lasting impression

Okay let’s be real. It’s Little Caesars the pizza don’t change. But with it being the 4th of July and the place being a mad house. They kept it together didn’t get upset with anyone and still got the food in a timely manner. That’s why I give them 5 stars.

Pretzel crust was extremely garlicky.. it was so hard to stomach after one piece. They charge an arm an leg for their hot and readys.. so, I’d rather just go to papa John’s or somewhere else an get whatever deal they’ve got going on for the wk.

Ordered extra sausage and got this. I can’t imagine what a regular sausage pizza looks like. Should I have checked it before I left? Probably. Should I have expected them to do it right? Absolutely. 2 stars because even though the pizza was a disappointment, the employees were nice.
