Oh, but the cashier made sure to tell me to pull behind the pole and pull back up to restart the drive thru time ! I Changed It

This is one of the worst locations. You will sit in that drive through and no one will ask to take your order. Each time I have attempted to come to this location around the same time 8:00-9:30 p.m. on different days hoping it would be better and it’s the same. Cars are in line waiting and then they drive off. Tonight I was in line the truck before me drove off. So, I waited and no one said anything. I drove around and looked inside they had plenty of employees on their phones and standing around. This location should be shut down. Or the management team needs to change because the owner is losing money. This is really bad. I was able to order once when they first opened. Whataburger, will get all the business guaranteed. I WILL be calling the corporate office in the morning. One last thing I would not go back because I don’t trust this establishment preparing my food.

It is 4:02am on July 18, 2021. I literally just got home from ordering at the JITB location on Orem at 288. I hadn’t ordered from JITB in months because of bad experiences but I decided to give it one more shot. I ordered 2 Homestyle Chicken Club sandwich meals with regular large fries. When I got home and was ready to eat my meal, I noticed that the fries were old and stale on both meals, and the other one was curly fries instead of regular. One of the chicken club sandwiches had chicken that was very stale and old and the buns were solid and crumbling. The other sandwich was a ultimate bacon cheesburger with stale buns. It was supposed to be a chicken club sandwich. This location is fairly new but is definitely trash. If I could give it less than a 1 star rating, I would.

This is one of the worst locations. You will sit in that drive through and no one will ask to take your order. The whole crew members are trash and seem to have an attitude. They made me wait for a long time in the curve side parking lot for about 10 minutes plus the time I had to wait to actually put my order in. So once again Jack N the Crack let us down…. Pulled up to the window, ready to order and the lady said give us a minute which we obliged. Then came back after 3min and said sorry they needed more time. After 5 more minutes they still haven’t responded to us and a line has accumulated behind us. I decided to leave, and as we pulled away there were 2 employees giving food to another either that was off the clock and inside the restaurant. Tragedy.
