My sister just went there to pick up a doordash order and was assaulted by the MALE owner because her order wasnt ready after OVER AN HOUR and she asked what was going on and he grabbed her arm and squeezed it and then threw iced coffee at her before spitting on her as she tried to leave. The Medford police wouldnt charge him because they didnt see ot but wouldn’t check the cameras. My sister is a sweet girl and she is an amputee and lost her left arm so when he grabbed the end of it luckily she couldnt feel it too much but still who does that? That man (the owner) is evil.

The food is good here, but the service is TERRIBLE, and they don’t seem to care very much. I ordered a meal deal on an online ordering service and got called AN HOUR LATER to say that the sandwich I chose (which I selected off of a drop down menu) was not included in the deal and had to be switched. 45 minutes after that, the food finally came, and I received the wrong soda. When I complained to the online ordering service, they got in contact with them, but Tasty Gourmet refused to apologize or give any compensation (I would have been okay with a coupon!) for being so late.
