My partner and I had a lovely birthday dinner together. The waitstaff treated us with grace and kindness from the very beginning. Our server was exceptional and well-informed about the menu and the chef. She assisted us in selecting the ideal birthday dinner, and it turned out to be perfect. I would suggest this restaurant for a delightful, intimate dinner for two. The Cacio e Pepe and Veal were our favorite dishes.

Excellent dining experience at Casa Tua! On short notice, the restaurant accommodated our party of 8 for a celebratory lunch. We dined on the scenic patio. The dishes were innovative and tasty, and the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. As an example, they were able to make substitutions to some pasta dishes to accommodate some dietary restrictions. I shared the chicken paillard and Niçoise salad with my partner, both were delicious.

A nice dinner. Food and drinks were all good but nothing was amazing . Service was excellent. It’s a pretty restaurant with attention to details. I just wasn’t blown away by anything and expected more at this price point.

Ordered two different types of pasta, the fettuccine with wild mushrooms and black truffle, and the ravioli elk ragu. Both of these dishes were underwhelming. I’ll definitely give it another chance eventually but from our experience it was overpriced and not the best tasting dishes for being Italian fine dining in Aspen, CO.

Dined at Casa Tua after a long day of skiing and had a wonderful meal. The food and ambiance were both outstanding. The service was great as well, all three of us loved our dishes. On a separate note, the outdoor seating area at the restaurant in the summer is fantastic.

While strolling around Aspen we decided we would like a cocktail and a snack. Stopped in to Casa Tua and we were greeted by a super friendly bartender. Ordered his recommended cocktail and the cheese fondu. Food and service was amazing!

Good food, lovely ambiance if outside but wow the pricing is typical of Aspen. Pasta was well prepared but sauce was a little bit of a letdown. Great to just hang out on a lovely day though.

Price point definitely does not deliver the quality or quantity you would expect. The pictures salad is a “Shaved artichoke salad”. This $32 salad was literally a side salad of arugula with not even one entire (not fresh) artichoke heart. The salmon appetizer had no flavor. My partner had the bolognese pasta, which was mediocre. There was a mushroom pasta I tried which was good— lots of mushrooms, which was great.
