The food is not always the best but I ordered the Mardi Gras chicken and it was ok. The chicken was a tad over done on a couple of places but was quite tasty. I will order it again but will make sure it’s cooked properly.

Saturday evening Seafood Buffet sign, (before you paid) had items on it that were not on the Seafood Buffet. Crab Cakes among them. They couldn’t keep the buffet in fish, shrimp and with no crab you could argue it was the No Seafood Buffet. They ran out of baked potatoes while we were there. Hard to know based on one visit but it seems to be badly mismanaged. The lone bright spot was our waitress Kayley. She was bearing the brunt of the customers complaints with a smile and a sweet apology. I’m not sure I would have had the patience to do that. She alone keep us from giving it 1 star.

The sign inside reads $11.99 seafood buffet friday and Saturday. No mama it’s only on Sunday. And the seafood was all cold and left over from lunch. The yeast rolls were hard enough to knock somebody in the head. Not a place I will not recommend the western sizzlin in montecello Arkansas. Travel a lot and this is by far the worst

The food and service are really good, but the prices are through the roof.Maybe, it is due partly because of the pandemic! It had a drive-through service only during the height of the pandemic, and later closed down briefly due to it as is the case for many restaurants and businesses across America! It re-opened about a little over a month ago with their usual buffet as well as food you can order off the menu! The restaurant also has dining inside, and business seemingly has been great, especially the times I have gone recently.I have enjoyed eating here for many, many years even as a very young man!I recommend it, but make sure you bring plenty of cash or your a credit card!Finally,I would like to say is that one wonderful thing they do for patrons is allow them to eat free off the menu on their birthdays so if you are up for a free meal like i am, don’t forget to go their for your birthday.I am getting mine this month because it is when my birthday will be!Anyway,enjoy, and God bless you all!

I was there for mother’s day. I ordered an 10 oz medium rare steak. I had to send it back because when I cut into it it didn’t look good. The second one was what I ordered it was well cooked. It was seasoned good but it wasn’t what I ordered and I definitely wasn’t sending it back for the second time! I should’ve just ate from the buffet.

Wife and I went there for lunch today. Ordered the buffet, was not given plates to eat with, but the server got us 2 plates when asked. They were supposed to have liver on this buffet, but never refilled the already empty pan. Asked the server twice about it, she ducked in the kitchen twice, to no result. After half an hour, I got the tasteless barbeque chicken, green beans and green peas. I could tell the veggies were straight out of a can, no seasoning at all. Next time I want food with no flavor, I’ll go to the hospital cafe. Won’t be back to any western sizzling.

This place was just disgusting. I could not believe how sticky and gross every surface was. There were fluids and stains on all the bathroom walls. We paid $30 for the buffet and drinks for two adults. The salad was warm and wilted, the green beans were straight out of the can. It was really unpleasant, we left nearly all the food there. The one bright spot was a really sweet server who was attentive. Please take some time and actually clean the restaurant. How this place passes health inspections is a complete mystery. I can’t imagine anyone going back.

It was horrible. The cashier tried to short change me by $20. Then she was rude about it. On top of that she had gotten our order wrong. Food wasn’t cooked right. Will not be back. Actually doesn’t deserve a star but giving for the waitress that brought our food, she was nice.

I would give 5 stars but the bathroom need to be fixed at least for then mens bathroom the mens bathroom smells like some one peed ever where the stalls need to be cleaned they got poop stains the door to the stall furthest away from the door is half broken if you lock it the top half moves and you can see a crack in the middle starting to form other than the bathrooms great feed they have amazing mashed potatoes and a great T bone this is my second time here and other than the bathrooms it’s a great restaurant and our server was very nice and made sure our drinks were filled

Server was wonderful. The food was terrible. Nacho chips were stale. Clams were rubbery. No butter, only margarine. Rolls were hard. Bread pudding was not cooked thru. Ribs weren’t too bad as long as you put BBQ sauce on them. Salad was good. Won’t be going there again.
