Prices are not worth the amount that you used to be able to get, and the freshness has diminished. In addition, the last time I was in there and ordered only chips with a side of queso, which is like $5, they charged me for nachos without meat, which was almost $12. When I expressed my surprise to the cashier, he insisted that’s what I ordered. I told him I would pay the full price but I’m not making the mistake of coming back here again. He said he would issue me a refund for the difference onto my credit card, which hasn’t happened. I’m not holding my breath, and I’m not coming back here again.

I just spent $16.20 and got a controlled 4oz of grilled chicken. I could have went to Boston Market, or the Bedford Diner and gotten 2-3x more Protein than this pathetic salad. This happened the last time I was there and I didn’t learn my lesson. I will never go back. No way this meal was worth the amount I paid!

When I first went to this location the portions were good and service was good. Now portions are much smaller and the prices have gone up! I got a Buffalo Solider bowl and very little chicken added and I had to tell the girl at the end to please put avocado on. You should take better care of your customers and stop being so cheep with the portions! Never going back. Chipolte is right down the street!

Stay away from this Place, if they see you passing by they will rip you off, i Order food that cost 12$ maybe less he charged me 20+ i ask why so much he goes double chicken??? who said double chicken??????? and it wasn’t busy or nothing i was the only one in the store for him to make that mistake and you can clearly see it wasn’t double chicken at all, after i ask him how much is Drink goes 3.5 dollars ok how much bowl he goes 11$ how in the world came up 20$ so he got mad his face was red that i catch him stealing money without my authorization, i said give me return because you over charge me he goes i can’t machine does not allow it??????!!!! ok keep the money, remember All you customers out there don’t let that boy charge you a card without asking him how much….!!!!!

I have taken out from here multiple times. I understand that in this post-Covid world the cost of everything has gone up and prices have risen across the board. It’s ok to raise your prices, but that should not affect the size of the serving. Went to get a fire in the mountain – which I enjoy. The person behind the counter prepares it – but when she’s putting in the queso – the best way to describe it was a trickle. I pointed out that she barely put any queso on the nachos and she asked if I wanted more- I said – you barely put any. She put another trickle that together with the first amounted to what the right serving size should have been – but I was charged $2 for “ extra queso “ now that makes these nachos a $15 meal. I was not even told that it was a $2 extra for that – had I been told that I would’ve said – no thanks. At the $15 price point, there are plenty of choices you can have from a real restaurant – not fast food Mexican inspired. This will not stop me from going back to the place – but it will make me think where else I could go for lunch or take out and make this the last choice. I gave it 3 stars for the because I still like the food and they keep the place is clean.

Chipotle has absolutely nothing on this place. I really don’t eat out often but ever since finding Salsa Fresca a few weeks ago I’ve been here every week. The staff is always so friendly and they make phenomenal food that doesn’t leave me feeling sluggish afterwards. 10/10 recommend!
