Never had a issue I work right next door from this subway for Bedrock and and walked in at 6:10 pm 6/22/23 and was told that the only way I would have to order something it would have to be a online order the fact that all the condiments were still up and he said he was by himself I can have a online order but I can’t order in person what’s the difference

3 out of 5 times – no issues at all. However…if you order online, they don’t bother helping those customers until they arrive, which makes no sense. Sometimes, I’ll order in store, advise what I want on my sandwich, and they ignore half of it (like today). I’ve never had “bad” food from here but the service needs some help. It’s quick and convenient however, so it’s hard to find something that moves as quickly as they do.

They put my food on the table and told me to bag it myself I didn’t even have time to argue because I was tired from work and my Uber was outside. The dude told me bag it and the girl laughed I just shook my head and left. They act like they got an attitude when it’s around lunch time too it’s weird. Only reason I go there is because it’s by my job but one of the workers has a real attitude problem

Don’t bother ordering online and in advance. They ignore online orders. Then the app tells me my food is ready for pick-up only to find I still waited 25 minutes in the store to get my sandwiches. All in all ordering online is a waste of time. It took an hour for them to fulfill my order.

I’ve been using the JJ app to order pick up to this location since the app was rolled out. There is no clear place within the restaurant to pick up mobile orders and the staff is flustered every time. I feel bad for the staff because they are just as confused as the customers when it comes to processing and producing mobile orders. Have you even attempted to train the staff on how to handle these types of orders? Even a simple sign that says “pick up mobile orders here” would be a step in the right direction.

I usually don’t do this, both downtown locations suck!! I placed an order around 10:30am with an arrival time of 12:30pm. Which gives at least 2 hours for them to have the order at my location within a 10-20 minute window. We’ll here it is 1:17 pm, no food. I called to cancel Gabby hung up in my face. These places are so unprofessional. So I sit here at 1:20 pm with no lunch, an empty stomach, and starving!!!

This was my first Jimmy John’s experience. I placed the order online and it was delivered to my office in less than 15 minutes. The sandwich was absolutely delicious. It was so full of meat that it was actually quite heavy. The delivery price is a very reasonable $2.99. I can’t say enough how pleased I am with the speed of my delivery and the scrumptiousness of my sandwich. I am hooked!
