After a walk-in purchase of a hot-n-ready, was asked to wait 5 mins for next pizza. We waited for it in lobby area while same cashier proceeded to process several other walk-in sales. When confronted with the delay, cashier Celeste G., excused herself by saying she was busy assisting others with their tasks. When the other sales were brought to her attention she said ‘you got your pizza, don’t what do you want now?’ No apology or even acknowledgement of their oversight. Simply put, rude and inconsiderate display of poor people and professional skills.

Dear Owner: get it together!!!!!!!!! The phone is never in working order (either gives a busy signal or goes to an automated voice stating the mailbox is full”) it never rings and we can never get ahold of anyone so you cannot call in an order or call with questions and as of now they no longer offer the “make your own” deep-deep dish option on the app to order that way?? I would call and ask why or place an order via phone but the phone never works at this store

Food is always fine, however the service here always seems to decline everytime you order. Recommend ordering on DoorDash, the employees will “forget” to mark your food is ready. They never answer the phone either.
