I was genuinely astonished by the kindness and charisma of the worker helping me at the time, I think his name was Kayan, as it is very rare that teenagers his age are that lively and helpful, especially for a job like making pizzas all day. Hire more like him!

New owner is horrible. They used to be a great place. I would go there for my family at least twice a week depending on what the local station said they had as specials. Since the new owner took over they places sucks! They are rude, inpatient and refuse to honor their own certificates. The owner is a liar

Working there was an awful experience for my mental health as management declined. The food is ridiculously expensive for how low quality all of the “fresh” ingredients are. Food comes frozen despite our ads. The store is disgusting, the back is covered in mold. Managers smoke and vape into the store and don’t wash properly after doing so. There is a reason the store is understaffed and everyone left. The regional manager does not care about the store enough to show up when it is busy or there is severe weather. Terrible environment that needs a health inspection. They got a C last time and it is only getting worse.

Tried almost every other pizza place in town. My wife and I’s opinion is that this one has the best quality with the freshest ingredients. Affordable too, if you get it on Tuesday. Place always looks clean, employees are always nice.

They actually close at 7. I went in to get pizza at quarter to close for my boyfriend after his flight and I was told that they had already put everything away and that it would take a half hour if I wanted them to make a pizza. I have no idea why everything says they close at 8 because I asked what time I would have to go there to get food and was told before 7. They should seriously consider changing their hours because trusting their published hours was a waste of time.

I have come to papa’s for some time now, I have never had a bad experience, most of the times when I arrive there are people waiting for their pizza, it’s busy. The manager there does her very best to over see her employees, answers all of the customers questions, and has always been professional. I love my papa’s in Hastings. I love their pizza, it’s their sauce for me, and I’m very satisfied with their product and their service. When I have other choices in the area, if I can make it to them, I’d do that rather than delivery.

While Papa Murphy’s is generally a delicious decision, I’m not impressed by the Hastings location. I ordered online in an attempt to have it ready, so I could drop in and get on with my evening plans. I showed up 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done and there was a crush of people and my pizza hadn’t been started.

Hastings papa murphy’s has the most disrespectful people, they bang on the walls for no reason like a bunch of crazy people and they don’t care that they are making customers feel uncomfortable and upset. They don’t treat you well at all and they don’t care about pleasing your needs like they should. Most places I know that sell pizza are very respectful and well mannered but Hasting papa Murphys is NOT, worst place I’ve ever been too in my life.
