Let me start by saying I’ve been here four times, I’ve gotten the Chicken Meal, as well as the Toco meal. This is the truth folks: when I get a chicken meal it tastes stale, like it’s been sitting on a warmer for hours. Should you choose to go with taco, get ready for it to be cold. If you ask why I chose to go there four times? Well I was hoping for better food, and to give in another chance.

It was raining tonight but I went in because they always mess up the order. I ordered two three piece boxes All WHITE MEAT. They gave me dark meat. I told them and they were nice and switched out the chicken. When I got home, I realized that they forgot to give me the chocolate mini cake that I ordered. Unbelievable but true.

I have come to this KFC religiously for 4 years every single Sunday on the way in to work. The drive thru and kitchen employees are top notch. They are always so friendly and so nice. They have my order memorized and go above and beyond to make sure it is perfect. It may be weird but I feel like family at a fast food drive thru. I hope management knows how amazing their Sunday team is!!! Sunday crew thank you for always delivering the best food and customer service, YOU ARE THE MVP!

Cashier’s usually rude, service quick but half the time wrong food given. Managers need to better train staff. No one manning the order area, have to wait forever for staff to wander over to take the order. Sometimes they just stare at me, without a greeting, or how can I help you today?

Went to store at 9 to get chicken strips. They are out of strips for the night….asked for chicken sandwich out if it also for the night…. store does not close till 11. Plenty of time to make more. How long have they not want to do there job, who knows. Do they deserve $15.00 a hour to not do there job. I think not. Would not recommend if you eat late. Maybe would have chicken at 4pm.
