I ordered nachos and asked for the sour cream and guacamole be put on the side. It came to the table and was all “melty” and beautiful but there was guacamole and sour cream on it. They took it back and said they were making a new one. They did NOT make a fresh one. Instead, they scraped off the guacamole and sour cream and threw some seasoned beef on it. Everything was cold except for the beef thrown on it. Don’t lie to me and say they’re making a new one. Anyone with any kind of vision can tell this was not right. Shame on you! They did not offer to get me something different or take it off my bill. Well, we didn’t eat it and it’ll be eaten by my dog, maybe.

Went with my friends and was pleasantly surprised. We were seated pretty quickly, and the waitress was very polite and professional. We did wait a little long to get our order taken, but it was pretty busy, and after that everything was quick and surprisingly delicious.

We got the burgers with dollar boneless wings special tonight. Her burger was good I got the whiskey burger and it came out ice cold. And the portions size of the boneless wings were very small I know there only 5 for a dollar, but cmon .oh and it took 25 minutes for my drink to get to the table. Because the bartender was so busy taking care of the people sitting at the bar.and it wasn’t even busy.the hole restaurant wasn’t even busy. We go there all the time and I must say I’m not going back anymore.

We went to have a late dinner at 830 on a weekday and no one was available to seat up so we waited 10 minutes at the door for the bartender to stare at us so we left. Very disappointed. Staffing is hard but if you offer more money people may apply for the jobs. Implant to big to fail and they don’t want our business.

Takeout contained wrong food as it had chicken and ordered steak. We went back and picked up the steak. Unfortunately, the steak was DISGUSTING. Ended up giving it to my dog which I felt was even below him. Bad food and bad service here! No bueno!

Cleaning and closing the restaurant at 9pm and sign says closing at 11pm didn’t feel very welcoming because of all the chairs and stools sitting on the tables. Short staffed. Multiple mistakes on a simple order. They did comp the meal that had the mistakes. Fries did not taste right. We were unable to identify the weird taste. Was like a slight sweetness but then had a vinegar taste as well. Server was very apologetic l, understanding and friendly.
