DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Believe all of the other reviews about the management of this “restaurant” The staff is so unclean. We found a long blonde hair in our food and all the manager Arlene could say is “it shouldn’t be in there” this place needs to have a new manager because she is a joke!!! Food is uncooked and cold and Arlene wanted to argue that it’s not. So warm cheese still looks the same as when it’s cold to these people. I’m so disgusted

The service of everyone there was absolutely incredible, and they all took care of my 3 grandchildren and me as well as a few spills on the floor of ice cream shakes… However, the chicken nuggets were really hard, and some of the kids couldn’t even need them. Other than that, the stay there was great. We had a tremendous time and will always be back again. Plus, they took the coupons for our great meals, so the pricing was really good as well for all four of us. The French dip I had was absolutely delicious!

I went through the drive through, it was late about 1130 or so. I asked if the Shake machine was working and the gal says, “yeah it’s working we aren’t McDonald’s.” I laughed so hard. She was awesome.

I went to this Arby’s about 45 minutes ago. I ordered chicken strips and curly fries and both were seriously horrible. They tasted old and were hard. So disappointed.

When I walked in, some lady was already yelling at the staff. The food was of very poor quality. Despite ordering two large curly fries, most of the fries I received were small bits and it was more like eating a chip than a fry. When one of the assistant managers asked me which sauce I wanted, I went with the three pepper sauce and was not asked how much I would have liked and was not given the opportunity to request other sauces before they walked away. The loaded mac n cheese barely filled up half the container and overall bland.
