3rd time I ordered from here and 3rd time my order was COMPLETELY wrong!! I ordered a steak bowl with fajita veggies, mild salsa, corn salsa, cheese and sour cream, I got a steak bowl with sour cream. Then I order chips and salsa, got the chips, no salsa! Also ordered chicken tacos with lettuce, mild salsa and cheese, I got plain chicken tacos. My order was $30 and nothing was correct! Horrible!! Then when you call to speak to someone the automated bot won’t put you through.

The staff acts wild and crazy in this place! I can’t believe that behavior is tolerated. Too much goofing around when the line isn’t even fully prepped while customers are standing in line waiting. I watched a lady ask for the manager today to complain about a staff member’s disrespectful attitude. I’m sure she’s right. The employees in this place are strange. They don’t belong in charge of anything. It’s concerning that they’re responsible for QC with regards to food. Where’s the regional manager?

Do not order online from this location. Two out of three online orders for pick up are totally wrong – wrong kind of rice, salsa, didn’t include extras as ordered. The one time the order was correct, I stood around for 20 minutes because they put the bag by the drive thru instead of on the pick up shelf. I don’t understand this store at all. I never have problems like this at other locations. Consistently disappointing.

Been here twice once to take home and another online order. When I went in the place was clean, staff was friendly, bowls had good portions! When I did online ordering you can pick it up through a drive thru line which is nice and everything in the order was right and had good portions too!

Read all the reviews! They are right about this place. Worst experience ever at this location!! I don’t know if it’s the management or the staff so I’m going to say they both have to take the blame. They never wipe down the area where the food is at. It’s always a mess. But after two bad experiences with food quality and customer service today was it for me. I got to the store at 8:30 and they already had everything wrapped up and cleaned and said online orders only..smh. The store doesn’t close until 10..crazy! Service, food quality and reliability is not good at all. It’s a shame this place just opened.

If you don’t order in person, your order will be wrong. I never leave reviews but this is literally every single time we’ve mobile ordered. Most recent order: Our quesadilla was missing fajita veggies AND one of the sides (sour cream). Our tacos had regular chicken instead of chicken al pastor (which you pay extra for), AND they were missing sour cream. Our side of chips and queso was missing the chips. If you’re out of sour cream, why not say something and/or offer something else. Overall this location is a joke if you mobile order, so beware.

I ordered vegetarain bowl and all i got was some beans rice and lettuce and they are always out of guacamole and other stuff. Worst chipotle ever.. employees are rude and unprofessional and mannerless and the place is never cleaned. I do not even understand that there are so many bad reviews about this restaurant and the management has not done anything. I will never go there again.
