I’m sorry, I usually love this place but my experience there was ridiculous. I went at my lunch to go order a small combo, I had initially 45 minutes to wait. So I waited and waited and waited, about 35 minutes had passed and the people who had ordered after me and already gotten their meal and left. After going to the front to ask how much longer I was told that they had not even gotten my order. So I waited some more it is already way past my lunch at that point so in the end I decided to just refund my order. I had payed approximately $14 and was old refunded $9. I loved this place but I dont think I want to go back…

I was very pleased with this Firehouse location. This was my first visit and it was an exceptional experience. I had a medium hero sandwich and it was delicious, with tons of flavor. The restaurant was clean and very comfortable. The customer service from the associate at the register was not only courteous, but knowledgeable about the menu.

Stopped by for lunch and I’m glad I did… way better than some other sub sub sandwich places, I wont mention which ones… but all in all great subs and soups… he’d at the door by all the employees fast service… the bbq cheese brisket was freaking good and the loaded potatoe soup was delicious… I came here years ago when they first opened… but I don’t know why I never came back, probably cause I moved to Phoenix… but I’ll make sure that I come back…

I Have Been patronizing you guys from the Very beginning. I do Have Some Major Concerns In Regards On How You Manage Your Institution. One , Management Treats Their Customers Like Trash. Calling Law Enforcement Upon them making False Sexual Harassment Accusations. They Failed to honor Customer Satisfaction and reimburse them for their previous order. 2, Security Being in the Back of the restaurant (Where The Food is being produced) They have no business being in back of the establishment without A Hairnet let alone A food handlers card.The Fact that the “Assistant Manager David” has the audacity to Raise His Voice At Me , And specifically say “THAT’S NON OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!” The Fact that I’m A Paying Customer , and I dine in 3-4 days out of the week Makes it My Business and Most importantly my concern! David possesses Repulsive customer service. You Guys better Give him a lecture on how to treat customers from here on out! very Disappointing Representation of the Store/ Company.
