Service is prompt, and the food is good. Compared to the Burros found on the counterpart of Douglas, Agua Prieta, they are as good. I would suggest that the Salsas and dressings for the Burros were on a small tray like they do in Mexico rather than the small plastic take-out containers if you have your food at the place.

The food was amazingly good but the customer service is really bad. I had the attendant treat me indifferently. Besides, I was really hungry and ready to order, the Carne asada smelled really good. I had a person in front of me to pick up an order. Which is totally fine, but the customer and the attendant were having an ongoing conversation, which was rude. I believe there should be a certain limit to the time you have a customer in the counter, when they are ready to go and their order has been completed! It’s a business. When you walk in a restaurant to order food, you don’t what to hear conversation that don’t have anything to do with the menu the food, or the service, while waiting in-line to begin your order.

Service was excellent! But the food, not so much. Pollo plato (chicken) was bland. Asado Plato (steak) was salty and too fatty. These orders should include salsa and guacamole. It might have improved the flavor. My son asked why the cheeseburger bun was burnt. He barely ate it; he said it wasn’t good.

The tacos are so overpriced, they are very small and 3,50 each. They are so greasy, you can’t even taste the meat it just tastes like lard. My husband is Mexican he knows good Mexican food. I wonder where all the good reviews for this place come from. I understand wanting to support small business but it’s better to be honest.

Place stinks, counter girl rude. Girl saw us walk in. Did not acknowledged us. We sat down. By the time we realized we had to order at the counter. A bunch of customers walked in and got in line. So we left. If the gilr at the counter would have said something things would have worked the way restaurants should work. First come first served. The place also smells bad like they don’t conduct proper cleaning

Love this place. Recommended by TSA agents. It did not disappoint. Very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious and fresh. Only wish I had this where I live.

We normally get the bulldog burger, and it’s delicious! My sons always get the carne asada fries, they really enjoy them. The cheese for the fries is a sauce and not just melted shredded cheese.

Small town eats with big time grease. Ive never had a soggy caramelo in the 20 yrs Ive been in AZ. There was hardly anyone there and still took 15 mins for 2 caramelos and a carne asada burrito that only had meat in it, which was also the size of a kid’s burrito anywhere else.
