The show was good and the food was great. Waitresses were totally absent and didn’t stay ontop of drink refills or cleaning the soup or salad bowls so it was very cramped and cluttered. They weren’t even very busy at all. I’ll give them another try because the food was great.

Especially if you can get in here for lunch specials it’s almost impossible to beat if they still have them —- 3 classic rolls for $12-13 dollars OR 75% of the full medium rare steak whole hibachi meal if you come in during lunch. A year to they even let you get those deals till 4pm for delivery or pickup. The standards of spicy tuna, shrimp tempura and all tempuras—-plus delectable soups that span throughout the south eastern Asian peninsula makes it’s an absolute gem that you simply need to research when to go—or find a friend who loves it to show you the ropes and you can get out of there not only full but also with completely tastebuds that have had a variety of ways of having been satisfied with new flavors all for cheap!

Their sushi chef never disappoints in quality fish, always fresh, and impecable Japanese tradition. They do cater some dishes for the American patron so not to worry. Good quality saki. Pictured segimaki, one of my favorite appetizers made with broiled and wrapped beef.

Food was excellent! Our Chef was fantastic. There was no communication with wait staff after our drinks and sushi and sashimi arrived and the kids and I sat thru most of the meal with no drinks. I had to get up and ask.

We went because they had true hibachi (where they actually cook the food in front of you) but, even though we called in advance, they said it would be a 35 minute wait so we just got a table. I was really impressed with the ascetic of the table; the curtains made it feel so intimate!

We love taking our kids here on Tuesday, which is Kids night at Fuji grill. There’s a guy that does temporary tattoos and balloon animals for tips and my girls adore him. Please tip him generously, he’s fantastic! As for the food, you can’t get fresher or better ingredients than at Fuji Grill. If you like steak, upgrade your hibachi steak to the filet, it’s so tender and flavorful. My only problem is I can’t stop eating; I end up waddling outta there by the end of the night. Always such a great time!
