Order food for a party 2 hrs prior to the event and they didn’t have our side dishes ready when I came to pick up my order and they couldnt make breadsticks due to being busy. That is fine but I wanted my money back for not getting the food I ordered. They never credited our card back for not getting part of our order. The manager tried convincing us to take free food instead of crediting our money back. Called the manager again and was hung up on, and finally, days later the money was credited back. Never going here again, incredibly poor service and management.

I ordered a pizza and took it home and baked it according to instructions. A huge bubble started in the middle of the pizza and pushed all the toppings to the edges. When I called they said “there is nothing we can do for you”. Look up what a bubble in pizza I caused by. Customer service in places is key, and if you own a business stand behind your product. They will not.l, and it’s a pizza.

Worst Papa Murphy’s we have ever been to. I ordered 4 pizzas this morning so my husband could pick them up on his way home. They only gave him 3. After he called me he went back in and told them what happened. So they made the other pizza. Too bad they made the wrong pizza and it was supposed to be a family size not a large. Don’t waste your time at this location. No refund no apology. Nothing. Terrible customer service.
