This wendys has gone down hill. If you go through the drive thru expect to wait a lot longer than usual. Expect your order to be wrong in any way. And it seems like they do not care if they offend people. Definitely needs someone to manage these employees and get them to work properly. I attacked a photo of my Baconator meal, but they actually gave me a son of baconator but charged me for the larger meal.

Everytime I go through the drive through at this location I wait anywhere from 5-30 minutes. Today I pulled up and they asked to take my order after only a couple of minutes in line. I gave my order and recieved radio silence. I waited a minute thinking she would either repeat my order or ask again. NOTHING. I waited another minute and said hello, nothing. I finally had to yell hello before I got be with you in a minute. We waited 3 more minutes before I gave up. Go to the other Wendy’s in the area, this one needs new management.

The only person at the drive thru at 7am for breakfast and had to pull up. No one came through after me. Thought, it should be piping hot and fresh. Neither. Biscuits were hard and lukewarm at best. Must’ve had to microwave them. I see why no one else was doing this Wendy’s!

Service is very slow. 3 of us go from work. And they take the order of the 1st one. His food is almost ready before they get the order of the 2nd one. By the 3rd one gets to place his order the first one is eating his French fries. Before they get cold.

At any given time on any given day, expect the line for the drive-thru to nearly reach the street, with perhaps a five-to-ten minute wait between cars advancing depending on the time of day. The staff is unable or unwilling to deal with more than one or two orders at a time. When you finally reach the window, do not expect an apology, do not expect a smile, do not expect eye contact. What you CAN expect is a now hiring advertisement. This place cannot retain staff. It’s the only foodservice place in town that hasn’t reopened its lobby. Current management has absolutely ruined this place.

Just got back from a business trip, didn’t have time to go to the store and spent all day trying to fix all the “fires” at my store, refrigeration and power issues. It was too late for anything but McDonald’s or Wendy’s and they just fixed the sign at this location. I was craving me a JR bacon and pumped they are opened till midnight, plenty of time to spare, got there at 10 PM. All I wanted was some food, but they couldn’t even tell me they were closed. Sign on, lights on, employee with a headset stared me down as I drove away. Instead of getting super mad, I just felt the need to, hopefully, let that person know I had a really rough day and would have been super pleasant still. I take pride in my work and it feels good, I challenge that person to do the same, at a Wendy’s or wherever, because staring down customers isn’t making anything better for anyone. That’s how you get into a hate spiral and everything just sucks. We all have to unfortunately work more than we spend time with family or friends … do you really want to be mad for that much time every day?

Won’t be coming back will drive to the west Carrollton one instead. The lobbies closed but the employees have their friends sitting at tables inside, joke of a fast food resturant

This specific place isn’t even that good. Every time I go through the drive through they stop taking orders and have us waiting for 5 minutes to 30. The fries are always cold and they mess up our food most the time too.
