Dirty window sills and sticky table. Copy paper menus that were not in good shape. Took forever to get food, forgot items ordered, didn’t bring our drinks until we reminded her a second time so we got them towards the end of the meal. The Vietnamese sweetened coffee, was not what it was supposed to be. When I asked for the correct coffee that I ordered she said I don’t have time for that. She was stressed to say the least. Two tables got up and left, they were given water but never menus and we’re waiting and waiting finally got up and left. One couple waited at the desk and finally left after standing there with nobody at the desk for a while. Some employee (man) came to the front desk from the back and kept ringing the desk bell, it was annoying. In short I would recommend takeout only. Food was great. Service was terrible. For a new grand opening under a new name (previous …Phi) they should have been better prepared, sparkling clean and ready to impress.

The reviews for Fusion Palace are misleading and could be considered fraudulent. The reviews below are for the previous restaurant Phi Vietnamese which closed a couple of months ago.

We are regulars here. Always delicious. I suggest the shrimp dumpling soup add veggies with Ramen noodles. To die for. There bubble tea is so good. Also there pork dumplings and shrimp and pork summer rolls are my go to!

I loved Phi’s pho. It was better than any other pho I have ever had. When the ownership changed, I was happy to find that the pho was the same. But now the new owners have changed the recipe and made it inedible.

In case you don’t want to read the whole thing: The old place (Phi Vietnamese) was AMAZING and this new place is gross. Won’t go here again.

Really fresh Pho! I loved this Vietnamese bistró! It was my first visit. Don’t be fooled by the outside, the restaurant interior has much more depth than width. This spot does not waste any time but on the most important part of the meal – the food! The broths were fresh and not too salty. The spicy pho was very rich, the beef bones used to make the broth definitely add flavor and thickened the soup. I also tasted some complex earth undertones in addition to spice. My guess is umami and onion. The second soup was a sweet garlic and minced shallot base with seafood. I ended up adding chili oil because it was too sweet for me. The service was fast, this restaurant was spotless and surprisingly spacious! I’ll be back.

The restaurant was clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and service was good. We ordered pho two different ways along with several other dishes and appetizers. The pho was good and was about average for what you’d expect when ordering pho. However, their fried rice dishes and everything else that we ordered was exceptional. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back. I’ve added some pictures for reference.

Excellent experience all around. Service was A+, very friendly and attentive. Food was A+, fresh, flavorful, large portions. Server answered our questions and made good suggestions. We ordered Summer and Spring rolls, both fantastic. Also ordered Flank & Brisket Pho and Ginger Chicken Vermicelli. Absolutely perfect. My son got a Vanilla Bubble Tea, which he said was so tasty. Worth the price in every way! Can’t wait to go back again. Thank you!
