Newer and nice location. Food is the usual Tim Hortons fare. I do prefer Tim Hortons Donuts over the competition, and they make decent bagels too. However, when we visited here the bagels were very dry and stale. Not normal for Tim Hortons. Our favorite are the pretzel bagels, and I can recommend the Oreo Iced Capp.

The workers were very hospitable and welcoming, especially Jack and Ryan who awaited our order at the register with bright smiles. Our order was on the larger side and not once did they lose commitment to making it the best Tim Hortons experience possible. Great job guys! The treats were delicious!!!

Went to the Edinboro Tim Horton s to get a iced Carmel Macchiato with cold cream on top exactly at 6:07 pm. They said they can’t make that because they cleaned the machine already. I realize that they close at 7 pm. Bit wow I wonder if the owner knows if there employees are shutting down earlier than 7 for them.

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to and I work in customer service. When your selling coffee the key thing is for your hot coffee to not be burnt and your iced coffee to be cold. I’ve tried going multiple times and every time my coffee is beyond burnt or I get an iced coffee that’s hot.( key tip if you’re making a new batch of iced pull some iced coffee aside that’s not steaming hot) it doesn’t help the prices are outrageous. The only one that can ever do their job is a girl named Taylor. I hope they pay her well because she’s the only one who can actually do their job.

I have had more bad experiences with this Tim Hortons than any other around. The college kids that work here are rude and never admit they were wrong. I was in my car with my family of four and ordered a icecap with whip cream and when I got to the window they gave me a icecap without whip cream. When I asked for whip cream the guy rudely remarked that we never ordered any and he will have to charge us again. My family all heard me say with whip cream and whether or not he heard me over the speaker he was rude and defensive instead of saying he didn’t hear me. He then forgot to give me a straw and when I asked for one he threw it into the car! Just one examples of the many unprofessional actions and treatments that me and my family have had.
