As a Las Vegas resident, I wanted to try this place because I’ve seen advertisements for this restaurant many times and because we don’t have a Bojangles. The fried chicken quality is good, but still doesn’t beat my taste for Popeye’s or even Church’s though. I was hoping that this place sold fried okra, but definitely not a show-stopper. I did enjoy how they use the box containers to transport the to-go foods – seemed to keep things more organized and fresh during transport. The dirty rice, mac & cheese, and green beans were decent and the customer service was average. Overall, a decent place to eat. We got our order to-go, therefore, I can’t rate anything outside of food and service. If I’m ever in town to visit I’ll definitely try this place again if this is the only fried chicken restaurant available to me.

I am a Regular at most Bojangles, however, don’t frequent this location. Always get the same meal (2 pc all white meal) Normally ask for 2 breast, instead of an almost invisible wing!! ALWAYS pay the difference. This store gave me a breast the size of a wing, and the second breast (substitute) would have taken my meal to almost $10! Not at ANY OF the other Bojangles!!! They act like giving You a decent size breast; is costing Bojangles money!! I pay for breast; because I want meat on my chicken!!!!!!!

After 3 attempts of going in and waiting for 40 minutes I had got my whole order. Manager James at 7/3/23 at 7:08pm was not concerned with customers. Not sure why he was given lead nor why the store is open with this poor customer service. Go elsewhere don’t visit the store 3008 Main str. Employees unprepared management lazy, food takes forever and still not cooked.

Tried to order chicken they only had thighs that’s fine so we did the chicken sandwich instead. Got home couldn’t even eat it was beyond rubbery and dry and I be eating whatever but this was worst than eating 12 biscuits straight.

We ordered 3 of the 5 dollar boxes w 2 pieces of chicken, a biscuit, and a side plus a drink. first they charged 6 apiece. then, the drinks included uncarbonated fountain drinks. also, the sides were not correct. we also asked for all dark meat chicken and got one dark and one white in each box. considering that this simple order took about 15 minutes to serve, we were pretty surprised that it had so many mistakes. not a good experience and we dont plan on going back there. btw their biscuits taste like flour globs…
