Rude staff refuse to take credit card orders at counter. Employee said I had to use kiosk and promptly walked away. Luckily there’s a McDonald’s right next to it, where friendly service is still on the menu.

How do I start. First off what a mistake it was to go inside to eat. My girl myself and her son go to eat inside and were greated by no one. After a while the drive thru girl comes over and starts to give my girl dirty looks. Takes my order and walks away. Heavy set Caucasian girl. According to the receipt her name was Teresa O. She had two younger girls hanging out in the restaurant that she knew. One of them went behind the counter. Teresa was told by another employee to tell the girl she can’t be back there. Tables were dirty also. Will never go in there again.

Went thru the drive thru & the young lady Karla was so nice & polite. Food was Super fresh & everything in our order was correct as well. Pepsi was crisp & fresh as well. TY for being one of the few Taco Bell’s that are awesome !

Worst taco bell ever created. Freeze machine has been found for over 6 months. Staff could care less to be there, service is the slowest of any fast food place I’ve ever been. Food tastes like it should and it’s the only one close. Keep hoping for the best but terrible in every other way, every time I go.

Today my boyfriend and I used the kiosks to order our meal. I watched my boyfriend order his Crunchwrap with extra nacho cheese no, sour cream, and he orders a frozen drink and I get myself the cinnamon donuts. Not only did his drink not come out, his food was wrong and had sour cream. He had to get up and wait both times because he waited there for his drink so he could have it with his food. They didn’t take a long time but the woman at the counter was rude and blamed my boyfriend saying he didn’t order without sour cream (I literally watched him put in our order). When I waited I wanted to say that I watched him put it in so she was wrong in telling him that the reason our order was messed up was on us. Then she in a harsher tone she repeated how he ordered a normal crunch wrap. One they didn’t put the whole order out, two the food was wrong, three the girl out the counter is blaming the customers when we clearly saw what we put in. Blame your system, say someone messed up and sorry, don’t blame your customers like a rude child who never learned manners.

Love taco bell. Was so excited to get one locally. But as the years have gone by, it seems they slip up. Almost every time in the past 2 years they forget an item, or they are missing ingredients in my food. I always chalk it up to that they’re busy.

Ordered online via app – order number 932171, reached there after 30 mins and order was not ready. Stood at the counter for 20 mins, nobody came. After 50 mins, one guy comes and asks about the order. Comes back, saying we couldn’t find your order; can’t help it. Showed him the order via the app and he said initially can’t do anything.

Waited in drive through line for 21 mins and there was only one car in front of me. Might be the quickest line I’ve ever been in here . Staff is not friendly. They have someone sitting outside the building telling people that the dinning room is closed. No surprise because when is it ever open. Sloppy tacos. Hardly any topping on them. McDonald’s is right next door just go there.

we were in line to pick up a mobile order and to place an order for 40 MINUTES!!! Handed us one bag and forgot about the other order until we reminded them of it. The employee forgot that the take out still needed to be paid for!!! doing a mobile order was a mess too, god forbid you back out on paying cause they set everything back to the default!! Luckily i noticed they didn’t save my customizations for my taco and burrito, but i didn’t notice they set my drink back to a medium and my cinnamon twists back to nachos and cheese. ordering through doordash would’ve been faster than this.

Always out of key ingredients and they don’t tell you until after you order and pay. Staff is rude and acts like you’re a burden just walking in the door. This place used to be good, the new management and staff ruined it.
