Great experience as always. I ordered five box lunches. All were made exactly to order. Order was prepared and ready for pickup at the time I requested. The food was fantastic!! I just love the Vito and nothing beats the oatmeal raisin cookie. I would highly recommend for catering or box lunches when having a work event!!

I ordered the country club unwhich. The lettuce wrap was not wrapped at all they put way extra lettuce in it that is why it was not wrapped up. I also asked for no tomatoes and they put tomatoes on it hardly any mayo on it. This is the first time I’ve had a problem with this store. The employee sent out a new unwhich so hopefully this one will be better since I could not even eat the first one in went into the garbage because all it was is a paper wrap full of loose lettuce. I got my 2nd wrap and it’s just as bad. I unwrapped the first paper and a whole bunch of lettuce fell out so once again the employee put way to much extra lettuce so the wrap would not completely wrap the way its supposed to.

Never thought I would get bad service or food from Jimmy John’s, but this place takes the cake. Blandest sandwich I’ve gotten from them. Also, the cashier was pretty unpleasant. If you don’t like your job, just quit.
