This is the 3rd time I come to this starbucks in this month. Each time the employees REFUSE to serve frozen drinks. Once they said that the blender was not working, the seccond time they said they couldnt make them because they had to clean the blenders. And today at 1:00pm they said the Ice machine was not working but they were serving ice cold drinks. The cashier did not have a name tag and she had glasses on and was completely rude and sarcastic and said that she could not do anythimg about it and refused to give a customer service number. We felt disrespected. The customer service was horrible. This staff needs a traiming on basic customer service skills and need to learn how treat others kindly and with respect.

The parking lot and inside the building were disgustingly dirty, garbage was everywhere. If it was not 2 something in the morning and there was another Starbucks open on my route I would have left as soon as I pulled in. Flavor of the drink was good but the cleanliness definitely deducted more than the flavor added

Extremely bad service, bad attitude. We gave order for chai Latte and sandwiches. They gave Chai latte in 10-15 min and waiting for sandwiches. After our reminders and wait they said they don’t have after 35 minutes. It was midnight 06/28 early morning. They were playing with each other but not giving service to customer. Very bad experience and it’s one of the worst Starbucks I saw in my life.

I travel the country and go to starbucks every day and i have never seen one this poorly run. They want to talk to eachother and not make ur coffee then they get the order completely wrong after clear and simple instruction/order. Wasted 30 minutes of my day for a 3 minute job any idiot can do. Love starbucks, this one needs help

Came here at 8:45pm, two female baristas working, one with curly reddish brown hair the other with black and green hair. The girl with curly hair was eating a sandwhich and asking the other girl if she could save her extra if the drinks she was making, while ringing me up. Was very irritating because I couldn’t pay until she stopped talking to her coworker. Other girl with green hair was on FaceTime with someone and kept complaining about making Frappuccinos. They looked very unhappy and the vibe they gave off showed. I’ve worked food jobs, u way when there no customers and u don’t FaceTime on the floor with customers around.

They always get the order wrong. They got mine wrong and the two people in front of me wrong too. The staff is nice though, the baristas are friendly. Just slow and wrong a lot.
