This place is filthy! The floors and tables are covered in Grease. We walked and didn’t order because of how dirty the place is. Would never want to eat food from this place. We went next door to Vinetelli’s and had great Italian food in a clean environment and cost less than DQ.

I ordered a $7 chicken finger meal. The chicken was over prepared and for paying to up grade the meal and ice cream there were very little fries for the cost of the meal. Atmosphere was clean and employees were kind.

My first few visits here were okay. Recently though, I’ve had such awful experiences. Every time I go here the staff is not polite at all and dreadfully slow, They have messed up my order almost every time now. They give less food as well for some reason? I understand the workers do not control the price but for the service you receive the price is not worth it whatsoever. I would not recommend going here.

I never leave negative reviews but I think the experience we had at this Markle, IN DQ absolutely warrants one. If I could leave 0 starts that would be too many. We came to this DQ and ordered chicken tender baskets— yes there were several, but instead of having our car pull ahead or park to wait on the meals (like every other fast food establishment) we were berated and very rudely told that this kind of order is required to be called ahead. When we went to hand the drive thru cashier the money to pay she very loudly and dramatically yelled not to touch her which then prompted another woman coming to the window also saying not to touch this woman? For simply trying to pay for our order? At this time a district manager just so happened to be at the location and pulled these women away from the window and apologized to us for their behavior. After this whole experience my mom and niece left in tears completely humiliated and traumatized. Shame on these women for their treatment of a customer who wanted to get her grandkids lunch. We will not be going back to this location ever and hopefully in the future these people will have the capacity to handle orders for families larger than 2 people.

Our experience was good no complaints! We were met with friendly helpful staff and the treats were super delicious as expected. There don’t seem to be nearly as many Dairy Queen’s in recent years or at least there aren’t any located near where I live so this was a special unexpected surprise yummm I love their burgers also very scrumptious!!!

Food was fine. Cheese curds were surprisingly good while the fries tasted old. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Customer service was OK at best. They forgot my blizzard and but luckily this was an easy fix. I understand this is probably a very slow time of year for them but could still use better customer service IMO.
