The online app says you can pay cash bc it allows you to select cash as payment. Soooo, where do I get started? I ordered a very simple meal, small cheese pizza, salad and a coke. They didn’t arrive in 20 minutes it was more like 40 from the time I placed my order. Then the driver sits out there as I’m waiting by door and drives off without ever exiting the vehicle still no food delivered and no attempt made. Driver returns about 10min later we’re now at 50 minutes since I ordered my simple lunch. Driver is a girl app says it’s a guy named Matt who I learned is he managers. I try to give her my cash and she has no change and can’t take it! So I ask why does your location allow cash orders online if your not prepared to accept cash? She calls manager manager instructs her to keep the food now over an hour since I ordered! Soooo I got stranded at work on a ten hour shift with no lunch. I’m so sorry but at that point the amount of idiocy I had to deal with, my meal should’ve been on the house! I will not order from the location ever again even after they finally got my order correct and on time today I’m so annoyed bc there was an issue today too where they were going to try not to bring my order to me bc the app said my total was 14 something then they call and say it’s actually 21$ something so I needed to put the correct money under front door mat. Super irritated so I just added the correct amount and notified them I did so they couldn’t just cancel my order I do not recommend especially if you’re in a hurry or need anything consistent I won’t order from this location again way too much of a headache for people that use cash.

Wonderful! I always order from this Dominoes. A little while back one time there was an issue with my order being processed in the system and I never ended up getting a pizza. The owner was very apologetic and understanding, and gave me a free order, drink included! They care about their customers a lot and are willing to fix and handle the problems that arise. I continue to order from them both because of this and because the pizza is great! Thanks

Very yummy pizza. Also very good chicken alfredo. Their pepperoni and sausage aren’t awesome, so I usually just get their four-cheese, but that’s just personal preference. They’re not delivering in the foot of snow that’s on the ground right now (NYE 2021), which is inconvenient for me but ultimately I’m glad of because it means they care about the safety of their drivers!

Felt bad about overspending on product not delivered. I was already disappointed to find that marinara sauce was not included with the cost of cheesy bread. Not only was I charged for it as a side, I never received it. I asked manager for a refund of the cheese stix and sauce. He would only give me a credit for future sauce. He refused to deliver the sauce I already paid for. I feel conned into tipping the driver, after a 2nd time when they explain the driver does not see the delivery charge. I feel more like a victim than a customer.

Manager needs to be fired. I ordered a medium pizza for my sister who had to take a 15 min break from work to get the pizza. The pizza tracker said the pizza was ready. I waited a few extra minutes to let her know to be sure she wouldn’t have to wait. Lo n behold, she gets there and they say they are now putting it in the oven. Pizza was ordered with double the mushrooms but it had barely enough for a single order of mushrooms, looked like the pizza fell over because all of the toppings were on one side, and it did not taste good at all. I went bake for a remake and kindly asked for one single garlic sauce and the manager told me I had to pay for it. I told him I drove all the way back to the store just to be belittled by the night manager. I told him you can keep the dip and the pizza and the business for that matter because I am never coming back.

The new store manager is extraordinary and they are now making pizzas correctly and deliciously. I’m so grateful to her because my favorite pizza is the philly cheese steak pizza. She transformed the pizza making experience and has trained her staff correctly. It makes a superior product compared to how things use to be. I’m sooooo happy she holds her staff accountable for popping the bubbles because everyone wants pizza made the way it’s meant to be. Thank you!!!!

The delivery person wore so much perfume it seeped through the pizza boxes and filled my entire house. When we requested that they talk to their employees about not using so much product (our family has asthma) we were told that it wasn’t their business. Do not order from this company if you have MCS, asthma, would like decent costumer service, or just would like a house not filled with cologne.
